“The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. ”

“The property managers were great and responded when we had questions. Getting into the property was a bit of a scavenger hunt having to watch you tube videos and then decipher the fob code to get the gate into the parking lot. We arrived late and were tired by that point which I am sure did not help. The hot water is on a timer that did not correspond to when we shower in the morning and the video explaining how to get hot water at other times did not work or we did something wrong so cool...

“Very well kept, only thing would be to have a little more instruction book on operating instructions for appliances. TV we weren’t sure what was included and if there was live TV or if you had to stream everything, or login into your own streaming programmes such as Netflix’s. Other than that very nice stay.”
