The Space:

It’s an apartment on the 8th floor of the tower with direct views of the Malecón and the ocean. It features 2 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds, ideal for families or groups. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and a TV for you to relax, and the kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It has 2 full bathrooms and covered parking.

The pool is shared and located on the third floor. The outdoor dining area can be used without any problem as long as the rules are respected—for example, glass is prohibited near the pool. The hours are approximately from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
