The staff are friendly, room was fresh when I arrived, excellent choice for someone going to an event at the McAllen Convention Center. Will definitely go next time I go to STXCC

This hotel has no organization, the staff usually clone your cards and charge you double even if the reservation is already paid on Expedia. There is no way to contact them to resolve it, neither Expedia nor Aloft Mcallen are responsible, I stayed the night of March 28 and paid through Expedia, and the next day on March 29 Aloft Mcallen charged me again, and I only stayed one night, so they charged me double. Since then I have not returned to the USA and on May 18, 2024 I was charged again on my Aloft Mcallen hotel card for one night and two rooms like the ones I booked on March 28. I have already paid for those rooms 3 times. They are thieves
