The air condition unit on room 117 was too noisy that I have to turn off. The room is in first floor a dn get all the noise from room in the second floor (I know this is not hotel fault ) but that guess was so noisy
OYO Hotel was not a fancy Hotel but had all the basic needs we needed. Check-in was easy, the room was big enough and the freedom was noticeable. We got good value for what we paid. Very good Hotel if you are om a low budget.

It was very clean somewhat quiet the only problem was the beds I couldn’t sleep because it was so hard especially if you have a bad back it killed my back

Horrible staff and extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked 3 weeks prior and my reservation was canceled without notice the day of my staying. The person in charge said Expedia had cancel but Expedia had no idea my reservation was cancel. Still had the audacity to charge me the cancelation fee. The person started blaming everyone. Apparently the Oyó Hotel corporate had asked him to cancel several rooms including mine but never gave me a notice or heads up. This hotel and their personnel totally ruined my birthday weekend. Never again will I book here or recommend it to anyone else to do book either. You could get a surprise once you have arrived. Took me almost 3 hours to get another room and settled down a deal with Expedia because of these people stupidity.
Our room had what looked like blood stains on the floor and wall. The AC sounded like was about to explode. The beds were not the most comfortable either.

The room smeeled a little musty when i first walked in. Later nothice while taking a shower that there was a leak in the ceiling above the showerhead.

The conditions of the hotel are worse every day, and this time they sent us to a room where the beds were very soft and the pillows very hard, the bathroom dirty, there was hair in the shower that clearly did not belong to us.
