"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. "

"Great location and functional layout, but major issue with smoke smell. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great bed (though the pillows could be upgraded). The location was perfect for attending a convention at either Seattle convention. However, the overwhelming smell of smoke made it unbearable for our family, and we had to cut our stay short. "This was very spacious for just me. You could probably fit 3 people comfortably in this spot. The neighborhood parking is on both sides of the narrow street, so I am thankful that there was also a parking spot by the garage. This spot was perfect distance from the venues I attended over the weekend trip (10 - 18 minutes). There is a gas station a couple blocks of a walk over as well, and to get back on the highway was super close too. I like that there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom...
