The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The decor was also top notch! Loved having the shuttle to take us into Pike Place. There was only one elevator working when we stayed, no turndown service and room service food was just alright. It’s a great place to stay but if you are looking for a true 5 star experience I’d say this just misses the mark for those reasons.

Arrived Saturday for concert at Pantages, assigned rm 516. Window looks out over roof and air conditioning units. Fridge thick ice inside felt warm inside. Identified to front desk. Why were we assigned to low floor when hotel not busy. Accomodations appear somewhat worn. Adequate but smallish room.

About 50 cars turned up for the show, including a number of 1930s era restorations, 1950s era large-finned classics, and even a few more recent novelties like a 1990s Ferrari Testarossa.
