Excelente ubicación, zona Polanco, cerca del Auditorio Nacional, Museo de Antropología. El lugar cumple lo que ofrece. Muy tranquilo a pesar de estar en área de mucho tráfico y turistas.

Pro: service was incredible. Very friendly staff, cleaning services every day, they even did dishes I had in the sink. It was awesome to come back to freshly made beds. > extra pro: on the listing it said I was getting a 1 bed… got a 2 bedroom apartment!! Wow! Cons: the building is very loud, not bc people are inconsiderate, but bc there is no insulation and you can hear the pipes, people walking, etc all night long. The street is comparatively quiet, but still plenty of noise to keep you up. There was a lot of hammering during the day on the other side of my bedroom, which made catching up on sleep hard. The mattresses are pretty hard.

Suite needs major updating/fixing. The cabinets are falling apart. The floor has a major issue in the floor under the carpet, feels like floor is missing.

Nice surprise
A very nice and very well located place, the extra bed in the sofa was terrible, but the main room bed was very good, and the room very spacious and well equiped. The people very helpful and friendly.

Great location, everything is in a walking distance. Coffe Shops, Bars, Restaurants and night life is amazing. This place has a great service and very secure building.

Its a great location in the heart of Polanco. Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, close to mall and metro. Very convenient for a short trip. It is actually a house adapted as hotel. No amenities, no restaurant, but suites have kitchen and convenience stores are around the corner. Definetively I would stay there again!

Lastimosamente tuve una terrible experiencia. Me tocó el cuarto del piso de abajo. La ducha no cerraba y tiraba agua todo el tiempo. Esto hacía ruido que dificultaba dormir. El baño tenía mosquitos y cucarachas. Y el piso de la ducha estaba limoso. Luego en la madrugada escuche ruidos y resulta que era o un roedor o una gran cucaracha. Pedi me cambiaran de cuarto y lo hicieron. El otro cuarto en piso 2 estuvo bien. Aunque estaban haciendo construcciones hasta tipo 7 pm lo cual dificultaba descansar en la tarde. El área está muy buena y el precio también, pero el cuarto de abajo terrible

En general muy bien todo, personal muy amable y serviciales. Solo habia una fuga de agua en el wc de la recamara principal y constantemente estaba desperdiciandose el agua, algo facil de arreglar, se notifico en recepcion.
