Offering stunning views of the city and a wide array of amenities such as a pool and 24/7 gym, you'll have everything you need to make your visit to Miami unforgettable! The property features a modern kitchen with an aesthetic appeal. It is fitted with stainless steel appliances, a 4-seater dining table, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The living space is a thoughtfully styled and expertly furnished area, which has large windows affording you panoramic views of the city and a cozy couch for you to curl up on. It also has a 75-inch flat screen TV that makes it an ideal space to relax and unwind in. The sleeping space is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable king-size bed. The sofa can be converted in a queen size bed, sleeping an additional 2 guests. The bathroom exudes luxury with its spacious interior, modern design, and large glass shower stall. For your convenience, there is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. This condo is primely located less than 2 miles from the Miami Cruise Terminal and is across the street from the Metromover station. Perfect for taking a day trip to explore all that Miami has to offer. In addition to the sunny weather and beautiful beaches, there are plenty of things to do here! You can go shopping at Bayside Marketplace, explore Bayfront Park, and visit Vizcaya Museum and Gardens! For something truly unique, take a Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventure or visit Alice Wainwright Park. Also be sure to check out Jose Marti Park, a popular gathering spot for locals! When it's time to eat, you'll have plenty of great options, including Hard Rock Café, Crazy About You, Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita, Novecento, and The Capital Grille. Or enjoy a drink at one of the many bars in the area. Getting around the city is easy, too, with Miami Central Station just a short walk away. There are several paid off-site parking options available nearby (not included in the rental).
