Hotel appears to be relatively new and well maintained. It is located within walking distance of downtown Coral Gables. It is a strong value, especially in Coral Gables, where hotels can be very expensive.

The property is close to the airport and offers convenient parking for a fee. Carlos at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
