The apartment is modern, bright and fully equipped for up to 7 people
The resort offers two swimming pools, one overlooking the sea and one overlooking the canal, gym, bar restaurant and all the details of exquisite decoration and excellent operation.

Upon arrival at the condo, the following resort and parking fees must be paid (NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE)
1 – 6 days– Resort Fee $35 per night / Security Deposit $75 per night
If you use it: Parking is $33 per night
(+ taxes)
7-29 days –Resort Fee $22.5 per night / Security Deposit $30 per night
If you use it: Parking is $15 per night
(+ taxes)
30 days or more – Resort Fee $15 per night / Security Deposit $20 per night
If you use it: Parking $280 for a month
(+ taxes)
