“Very nice and helpful staff !! The place is so nice, with trees and nature in the surroundings. With BBQ area, resting places,... and area big enough for enjoying your stay here. Everything well decorated: inside the cottages and the outside area (tables, chairs, hammock, etc). Totally equiped kitchen with amenities for cooking. Clean. The only thing is that is quite near to the highway, but when you are in the cottage, this is not a problem. Even outside, you can't see it so for us it was not a...

“Everything was wonderful! Our hostess, Dellene had gone to great lengths to make her property clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing (we thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of her antiques and unique decorations). The bubbling brook running through the back of the property was so tranquil we immediately felt the tension leave our bodies and started relaxing as soon as we got there. We loved every minute we were at Dellene's River Retreat and hope to return one day.”

“This is a great house for a long weekend in Asheville. The home was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to all the Asheville activities. The owner was super responsive and incredibly helpful during our stay. Only thing to note is that the house is on a pretty busy street, not an issue but just something to keep in mind if you have kids and/or pets with you. “Great place for a relaxing vacation. Close enough to all the hikes we were doing. Then we were able to come back and hop in the hot tub. About 15 minutes away from restaurants but keep in mind a lot close around 3pm on sundays. Small incline for the drive way but not on a busy road. Lots of beautiful plants around the cabin!”

“This home appears to have had a major upgrade to the entire interior. It is as cute as can be. Exterior is dated but please don’t judge this home by its exterior. The walk-in shower is a plus as were the plush towels and linens. The home is well stocked with all essentials. WI-FI works well and the LR has a Smart TV. It was a joy to stay here and are sad to be leaving this morning. Great place, extremely reasonable cost for a place minutes from Asheville,NC”

“My sister and I stayed at this place shortly after my Husband died in 2021. It is the perfect size for 2 - 3 people or even 4 if you don’t mind just one bathroom and sharing beds. We came back with a friend to celebrate her granddaughter’s high school graduation with a small family dinner and games.”

“We had a fantastic time! It is a green oasis in the city close to all attractions! We had a wonderful gas fireplace which came in handy since it got down to the 30’s during our stay. Great comfortable bed! The hosts were extremely attentive and we received sparkling wine and even a birthday cake!! We will be going back in the future !”

“This is a new concept. Electronic reservations and check in. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and close to downtown and well priced. I would stay at Kasa again.”

“Beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Well appointed home! Quiet and comfortable. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
