"This is a camping spot not a hotel. And unfortunately the food at the restaurant is tasteless, literally. The facilities and amenities were terrible compared to what was advertised. We had booked 2 bungalows by the beach. When we arrived (late at night), the receptionist informed us that they accepted 2 bookings on different websites at the same time and therefore only had one bungalow available for us. "The one positive, view from the top room. No security to doors; broken locks. The mosquito cover over bed with holes I tried to repair with tape the mosquitoes marked my entire body all over and still suffering the itch and the red marks on my skin still visible. No hot water for shower in disrepair with giant holes, no privacy, no shower head. No internet. Photos with beach are misleading the beach is not walking distance as shown in pictures you must take a taxi and pay entrance fee. When...

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Jasayma! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. You can see amazing wildlife right from the property, including howler monkeys, capuchins, titi monkeys (cotton top tamarins), numerous birds, fireflies at night, and so much more. When you want to head down to the famed Tayrona beaches, you can hop on a shuttle to take you to the main park trailhead. Really great place and highly recommended! "

"Good place to stay, clean and comfortable. negative points: they wanted to charge taxes even though I have a foreign passport, I had to pay for bracelets that should have been included with the reservation, air conditioner is either too cold or too warm as there is no way to set the air flow low/high. it was always high.
