  • Heron Pond Hideaway es una casa espaciosa y hermosa que ofrece muchas comodidades y un amplio dormitorio para 5 parejas o hasta 3 familias (máximo 12 personas)

    Con una impresionante chimenea de piedra adornando el techo de la catedral de la gran sala, 5 habitaciones (3 con camas King, 1 grande, 1 Queen, 3 Twins), sala familiar con área para niños, amplia cocina con desayunador para 10 personas, comedor Asientos 10-12, TV de pantalla grande, wifi y mucho más, esta casa ofrece todo lo que puede pedir en un alquiler de vacaciones.

    En el exterior tenemos una bañera de hidromasaje, un estanque para nadar, una cabaña grande para 8 o más, senderos para caminar y trotar, parrilla, mesa de picnic, cancha de básquetbol con altura regulable en altura, campo de fútbol / voleibol y área de fogata.

    La preciosa playa está a pocos minutos en verano y en invierno, el centro de esquí de clase mundial (Gore Mountain) se encuentra a 15 minutos, o el servicio completo en el Centro Nórdico de Garnet Hill para el esquí clásico y patinaje y raquetas de nieve está a sólo 20 minutos.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Heron Pond Hideaway! The house was just beautiful and we'll equipped with everything we needed. I appreciated the large areas for gathering our gang. The property was just beautiful. The treehouse was a little trickier to get to than anticipated so no one stayed out there, as we originally planned, but it all worked out fine. We hope to visit again soon!

This was our second reservation at this house because it’s fantastic. The space is beautiful, you have everything you need, and the host and onsite caretaker are friendly, empathic, and quick to respond as needed. Highly recommend - our group of 12 will be back!

It was great !

The cabin was great Plenty of sleeping capacity, and places to hang out. The caretaker was very helpful bringing extra firewood. This is our third year and we will keep coming back with our annual group ski trip

Wonderful Stay

I go on a trip with the same group of friends 2x per year and this was by far our favorite place we've been. The house and property were amazing, host communicated super well and everything went very smoothly. We are grateful to have stayed here and highly recommend!

Perfect Winter Getaway!

Our family of 13 had another wonderful stay at Heron Pond. The house has everything needed for big groups to spend quality time together without feeling on top of each other. Fantastic location minutes from Gore mountain. And the hosts are super accommodating, responsive and helpful whenever needed. We’re so so grateful for finding this house and it’s wonderful owners!

Annual gathering of friends

Ski/Snowboard Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Heron Pond Hideaway. The house is beautiful and the location to the mountains was great. The owner was super easy to work with and really enjoyed our time.

Winter stay

A well appointed and clean house with lots to do. We appreciated that the owner checked to ensure all was well. It was our second time at the house and would definitely recommend. We were two families - four adults and six kids and the house was plenty big enough.

Very comfortable home with all the amenities

We loved this home and would happily return. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable for large groups. It was just what we were looking for in terms of a great place to stay with two families on a ski weekend (although it could have easily accommodated more people). It was so cozy and beautiful!

Great time in a great house.

Clean, well maintained house with great amenities. Lots to do in area, but lots to do at the house in case outdoor activities are cancelled due to weather. Our kids adored the tree house.

Ski weekend

House was perfect! It was clean and well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. 15 min drive to Gore Mountain. Hot tub was a plus. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great family vacation home.

Great getaway

Amazing property and excellent communication from the owner! We would definitely recommend this property for families. The kids loved hanging out around (and in!) the pond and are already asking when we can go back. It was a great week well spent relaxing and having fun adventures with family.

Second Time

I have a group of friends that have been going on a yearly ski trip for 7 years now. We stayed at Shannon's house last year and loved it so much we booked it again this year for our trip. The place is so clean and cozy, and Shannon and the caretaker at the property and so friendly, responsive and helpful.
