Pool was green and gross, toilet doesn’t flush but bubbles , water is brown, and the heat doesn’t work properly. Oh and there’s a person living in a car With broken windows I. The parking lot- has a grocery cart and was in the lobby bothering people and would not leave.

Quiet, super clean, and easy to check -in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well as flexible when it came to me checking out late. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my weekend so enjoyable!

When you pull in to the property there were abandon cars people living in them it seemed. Abandon carts and junk on the side of the building. As soon as you walked in the front door it smells like people are smoking right there. You walked by rooms and people were fully living in them. The rooms are not what to expect. Outdated, dirty sheets and odor covered with a febreeze plug in. If you want a pool I wouldn’t suggest swimming, adults were wearing full clothing and the water was not clean. Breakfast was sub par there was barely any selections. I would spend extra money to stay somewhere else!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Needs updates. Expected nicer facility for what the cost was. Breakfast was ok but again expected more for the rate we paid. Just comparing it to other hotels we have stayed at for the same price.

It was very clean, but they need to upgrade or remodel the bathrooms and get a little quieter AC units and need taller toilets in the bathrooms. My husband is 6'4" tall and he felt like he was peeing on the floor

The lady at front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room had a very strong wall plug in air freshener and I have allergy issues to strong scents. It made things a little miserable. The lighting was not great in the vanity or entry areas. The location was very nice. We did not use the pool. The pricing is outrageous everywhere right now, so can’t really fault them for high prices.

I should have read the reviews. Went mainly for the hot tub and pool. Pool was ice cold and hot tub not working. Look at some reviews and the hot has been broken for quite some time. Ended up leaving and going back home.

The room was nice and kept properly. When we tried to check in the woman at the desk was very curteous and told us someone was in our room and she talked about an early check in fee which we didnt mind doing she was nice enough to put us in a different room for a few hours because we had just rode a bus for 13 hours and and didnt make us pay the early fee which we had already agreed to do out of the kindness of her heart the next day a different woman was at the desk and got a little rude about our room still not being ready when we were turning in the key for the temporary room and ended up following us outside about the 25 dollar fee which we wouldve paid anyways becuase we had already prepaid 400 dollars i just dont understand why she had to be rude about it.

Room shows signs of needing repair all around. Non-smoking room smells terrible and we had a hard time sleeping because of it. Breakfast was ok, better than lower budget area hotels, but not as great as higher end hotels we have been to but that is to be expected.

Had to wade thru cigarette smoke from staff outside to get to lobby. Then wait for clerk to check us in. Then Upon opening the door the musty smell was so strong it made our eyes water. Could NOT close bathroom door! Our door to room took a good effort to latch.

I checked in but did not actually stay since I was busy packing for my cross country move. Then the scheduled move fell through and I did not stay the full amount of days. I paid for 3 nights that I never touched the room so it remained as clean and fresh as ever.

The girl at the front desk was not very friendly and hope that you never have to stay in room #116 it is right next to a room that I assume runs something for the pool and that is all you hear all night long. worst night stay I ever had.

It smelled of smoke and was musty. Everything was old and worn out. Shower temp was either scalding hot or cold. Cleaning supplies left in the room. Bar soap left in the shower. The management was very nice.

Wasnt bad for price but need some updating and deep cleaning! Bathroom was not in good conditon. Over all room wasnt to bad. Also front desk lady took almost 25 to check in lady in front of us. Lady rang bell 6 times and waited. Then took an additional 15 mins just to check us in.

Needing updates . Room is very dark and stale and smell of cigarettes. No re-entery on side door, looks broken. People use a rock to keep it open, which is not safe. Breakfast was cold (scrambled eggs and sausage). Looks like it was rescently painted interior but VERY POORLY done. Help (front desk workers? Where out front smoking, right in front of checkin area. Will not go back. Sorry didn't think of taking pictures. I think higher ups better come take a look what there names are on.

Very poor front desk barely acknowledged you were there just walked away in middle of checking in not saying a word. Didnt have keys to room had to open door with a key and bring room keys later. The furniture was stained and it smelled horrible. Air didnt work and pool was dirty. Signs on side door staing dont leave open if you dont want snakes mice and bugs in your room. Terrible place we actually booked a another room in different town and didnt sleep in room.
