Family Vacation

Check in/check out was simple. Condo was clean and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The view from the balcony is amazing. The facilities- pool, fitness room, ect are also nice. Good place for the price.

Nice property great view and they provided alot of stuff we needed. I notice that said no pets but it was dog hair everywhere in the condo. Tub water dont get hot so I couldnt give babies bath in tub. The host was great

Fall Break Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, decorated nicely, with plenty of towels (a pet peeve of mine) and had lots of amenities! There were a variety of seasonings (probably left from other renters), a Keurig, an espresso maker, wagons, beach chairs/umbrella (we ended up buying our own because they have been well loved) and pool/beach toys, games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment. The balcony is large and we enjoyed having dinner at the 6 seat table while taking in the view, which was amazing! The pools are large and one was heated, which was great for when it got a little cool in the evening. And, the bathrooms by the pools were CLEAN! We even saw them taking samples of the pool water. We had dinner the first night at the cafe on site and the food was good. While there is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, it is pleasant. This was off season, so the beach was not crowded and there was not a long wait for the elevators. They even had grocery carts to help take your groceries up. I really have no complaints! The washer/dryer unit could be bigger and there could be a tv in the bunk bed room, but these are just suggestions, not complaints. Also, when checking out, make sure that someone stays in the condo while taking your things out, as the code deactivates and you will get locked out. We would definitely recommend this condo and would book again!

Condo was great- had extra amenities that you wouldn’t always find in a condo- pool floaties, boogie boards, a beach wagon full of toys, chairs & an umbrella- extra plugs for charging, after sun aloe…etc…great view…we would definitely recommend

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was nice and clean. It was stocked with all you need. The building was nice also with plenty of parking and quick elevators so we didn't waste time waiting. The pools were clean and also not overcrowded. I especially loved the amazing view from the balcony. I could stay right there all day!

Great Condo!

We stayed in this condo in February. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay with other extended family so that we could spend time together. Hotels don’t offer the same feel as renting a home or condo. This was the perfect spot for us. The balcony has a fantastic view and plenty of space. There are two nice sized bedrooms and a bunk room as well. The furnishing were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back and I slept wonderfully. The building was very quite and we saw very few other people coming and going. This condo is located by everything you need for food, dining, shops, the beach, and more.

Granddaughter wedding

Granddaughter wanted to get married on the beach, so we rented condo a short distance from the house her family was staying in. The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view. The weather did not cooperate very well but other than that was lots of fun.

Disappointed in cleanliness

We had a wonderful vacation in Destin. We enjoyed the condo but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. The first night there until we left our feet would be black from the floors not being clean. We found food up under the couch the first night there just from my husband sitting in one of the chairs in living room and saw it. Also , saw several cobwebs in corners. Definitely did not smell fresh when we arrived. If you are going to charge us a big amount for cleaning fee , I would hope we would have a spotless , good smelling place to vacation. We will definitely come back to Destin. We loved the view and enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning having our coffee.

Great location, Clean with a view.

The unit is clean and up keep. The location is close to the mall and short distance to the beach. Overall, we very happy to stay and enjoy our vacation there and looking forward to come back again.

Absolutely Perfect!

The condo and the views are even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The condo is stocked with everything you need, including a Keurig, which I was super happy about. It’s a very short walk to the gorgeous beaches. The owners are very nice and respond quickly. We’re already looking at dates for next summer, and my husband said we won’t stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay and play!
