I have mixed emotions. While prior to construction I'm sure it was great and when construction is finished I know it will be beautiful! The only handicapped friendly area to get to this particular location is to walk through the dumpster areas that of course smell terribly and the concrete is wet from sludge. ADA accessibility is very poor due to the small door frames. The interior of the condo had based boards unattached, stains on the couches, door knobs loose, closet door didn't close at all, and there was hair in the fridge. The washer would also do the ending cycle spontaneously...
