Spacious dream villa near Monaco with a beautiful sea view
Large, very pleasant house with a huge terrace and a breathtaking view of the sea. Ideally located 2 steps from the old village (access on foot via the mule track), near Monaco, Menton, Nice and Sanremo (Italy). Comfortably equipped with very spacious rooms which are elegantly decorated. The villa is very large, there are 3 levels, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a bath and shower. There are 2 lounges, one with a pool table. The pool is heated which allows you to enjoy the beautiful days out of season. Near the swimming pool, a kitchen, a shower and an outside toilet, a ping pong table.

Super séjour à Roquebrune Cap Martin
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. La villa est spacieuse et très moderne. Piscine a débordement avec vue mer très agréable. L’environnement est appréciable, pas de voisins ni vis à vis. Patricia est très facilement joignable et à l’écoute. Je recommande.

Séjour de rêve!
Ce fut un véritable charme d'être ici avec la famille et les amis. La villa a largement dépassé nos attentes tant par la qualité des aménagements et des détails, alliant si bien le bois, l'acier et le verre, que par la qualité des installations, mobilier et tableaux. Évidement le site et les nombreuses terrasses offrent des vues spectaculaires contribuant au plaisir. Nous y avons passé de forts beaux moments.
La propreté des lieux, les équipements fournis (cuisine et aire de lavage) et les aires de jeux (billard, fléchettes, ping pong, pétanque) ont également contribués à notre confort et au plaisir de notre séjour.
Merci d'ailleurs à Patricia et José, qui ont si bien adressé nos demandes.

Magnifique cadre et vue exceptionnelle
Vue incroyable! Maison très grande et très bien équipée! Piscine pour couronner le tout!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Barbara. Elle a été à notre écoute pour une demande spéciale à la réservation. Tout était très bien fait et José qui s'occupe de la maison est très agréable et disponible.
Des coins terrasse/chill partout dans la maison.
Aussi, il y a suffisamment de place de parking pour venir à 10 voitures!!! Voiture obligatoire sur place d'ailleurs car légèrement en hauteur et isolée.
Le seul "hic" que je citerai pour cette propriété est éventuellement la qualité/vieillesse de certaines peintures extérieures. Après, il ne s'agit pas non plus d'une maison neuve donc s'agit-il simplement de l'usure normale? Et cela ne gêne aucunement pour profiter pleinement du lieu ;-)
Nous recommandons VIVEMENT ce lieu.
