NEW FOR 2023!  This home is a great location for a family vacation!  Its private beach remains quiet as public access is over a mile away and it is next to a farm and golf course that do not have access, leaving an expansive quiet beach for you to enjoy with your family. The private beach is just 100 stairs down to the water from the house, there is a bench half way down if you need to rest!  There are beach chairs for you to use at the beach along with an inflatable paddle board!  The grill at the house is charcoal!

This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has two queen beds.  This home is all main floor living with a large living room with view of Lake Michigan!  The outdoor area at this home is great!  It features a large yard, in ground trampoline, outdoor furniture and charcoal grill!  The sunset views from the bluff are amazing. Barbecuing and watching the sunset makes for our favorite dinner location, but the Old Channel Inn right down the road is a close second.

The towns of Montague and White Hall are picturesque with small town charm offering many breweries, restaurants and shops to explore. The Band Shell Tuesday night concerts are always a good time. Michigan Adventure, Lewis Farms and the Double JJ Ranch (Indoor water park, back 40, golf course and restaurant) are all less than 20 minutes away. Just a little further is Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Old Channel Trail Golf course is a short walk down the road. This is a beautiful course that is typically not very busy. There is a boat launch to White lake 1 mile down the road off of Lau. This is a great place to launch jet skis or a small water craft.
