Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!”

“The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) “Any problems were rectified easily. Montepulicano is a special place & our 4 weeks at Il Sasso Italiano language school was excellent. Despite being a hill top town. We soon got used to walking vertically. The apartment was at the foot of the town & just right for parking. The 2 bedrooms provided plenty of room. We used the kitchen extensively. “We had a wonderful stay here. Vanessa was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Honestly the pictures do not do this location justice. Her garden is always filled with butterflies and only about 15 minutes from the Montepuliciano city center. At the city center you can find: grocers, restaurants, cafes, shopping and even wine tasting. We had a private car, so I can imagine that without a car it may be more challenging to move around the area. My children spent hours...

“My son and I had a wonderful stay at this property in March. The villa was really well equipped, with all amenities, and had a huge amount of land around it. Everything was really well cleaned. The sheets were comfortable and pristine. We appreciated the large white towels and extra blankets. The heaters worked really well as did the chimney.
