“This was our second year staying in same apartment. It was so easy and perfectly located, we did not want to risk another location. The hot water has challenges but once I messaged them, they were over in minutes to help. If you have a rental car, this could not be more perfect as the parking is adjacent to the home. Incredible location. Best view of our trip. ”

“Our two adult children who were studying abroad met us here with our younger two children. We had two nights in a 12 day stay in Italy. Of all our stops, this was by far our favorite. The house was like a story book. The garden was so lovely, we spent an afternoon eating and sharing a bottle of wine. We were here in November and the weather was very mild compared to Chicago winters. Most of the stores and restaurants were open with far less people. “80 von 100 punkten. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem super Pool. Der Besitzer ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns frisches Gemüse gebracht, die Verwalterin ist äusserst zuvorkommend. Für den relatv hohen Preis dürfte das Mobiliar jedoch in einem besseren Zustand sein. Es hat keine bequemen Sessel im Aussenbereich um gemütlich zu sitzen, die sonnenliegen sind etwas gammlig und die Pfannen in der Küche praktisch unbrauchbar zum kochen.”
