Great Property
We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin. It was super clean and neat. Beautiful location right on the river. We will stay again next time were in the area.

Arkansas Vacation
Enjoyed the cabin but was disappointed not being able to fish in the river. Also, a bit disappointed at the rather restricted view of the river.from the cabin porch. Not a bad experience just not a great as others we have had.

Perfect Cozy Cabin
It will be the ideal place for any reason. We used it to have a sabbath, that is time spent with God and it provided everything we needed. I look forward to staying their again. Why stay anywhere else when the Cozy Cabin in a perfect spot for six people or less.

Cute Cabin
What a cute cabin this is! Was tidy and amazing inside. This was our first trip out of Texas. My family had a great stay and definitly enjoyed it. The veiw of the river in the morning while sipping coffee and watching boats go by was the best! Will definitely be making this a regular yearly thing.

Relaxing peaceful. Enjoy the patio cooking out feeding the docks. Nice time we had on our 25 anniversary and took 80 yr ol dad and 77 yr mom they enjoyed their self too .

The cabin itself was great. My only complaint is that there was construction going on early Saturday morning when we thought we’d be able to sit outside and enjoy the silence.

Beds need new mattresses. Need under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Update to smart tvs. Overall an ok cabin. Quiet neighborhood. Good scenery. Just needs a little updating.

Quaint, clean, peaceful area, definitely off the beaten path, just plan a 30 minute beautiful drive to get to Hot Springs, about an hour to the Crystal mines

The cabin was great. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms., living room and kitchen. The view was great and great location. It was everything needed for a mini vacation. Just wish it had of been a little warmer weather so we could have enjoyed being outside more.

We arrived later that day and the cabin was filthy. Beds undone, sheets not washed, towels in washer yet, very dirty floor, trash can had beer and beer cans in it and smelled! Couldn’t get a hold of the manager.

The property was a great place for our family. We had a great time. Restful and very nice atmosphere for all. We lived the stay. Water was extremely hot and kitchen needs new pots and pans. The beds where so uncomfortable. Over all had a great time. Loved every minute just wished we had stayed longer

Was not able to stay there. Every room was flooded. We could tell it would have been very nice to stay. Host was very apologetic. Had to find somewhere else to stay this time but will definitely reconsider this for next time. Freezing temps do not play.

Cozy cabin on the water
This is our third stay at this property. Please contact the owner about a dangerous situation. The Hot water heater is set at a temperature that is SCALDING HOT, I would estimate at least 160-170 degrees.

So relaxing and had a great time.
I rented the cabin on line and my neighbor went with me. We were thrilled when we saw the little cabin. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, hot water heater was very hot, there was a TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms. We spent so much time rocking in the chairs and just chilling out. Only thing wrong was the remotes for the TV needed new batteries. The one shower did leak a little on the floor after use.

This place was a nice little getaway spot for me and my Wife. We celebrated our anniversary by just relaxing and doing a little fishing. The only issue was the cat that came from nowhere on our 3rd and 4th day. It wouldn't have been an issue if my Wife wasn't allergic to them.

Perfect calm place away from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs
My trip was for the purpose of hiking, so I wanted to be close enough to Hot Springs to go do things there, but also near the trails in the Ouachita National Forest. This was the perfect location and a wonderful, quiet place to relax. Bring water shoes if you're planning on going for a swim, the boat ramp where you could easily enter/exit the river is really slick. Pack a citronella candle and enjoy the evening out on the lovely porch. If you're lucky, you might have a furry visitor with a puffy white moustache.

Heaven on Earth
We stepped into a little slice of Heaven. a great view of serenity sitting on porch in rockers, playing with the community cat. Quiet, peaceful, no intrusions and a great place to feel like country living. The road in can confuse you but it's just a buildup to the sweet surprise at the end of the drive. I will go back again and again. 5 star is not great enough fir this Arkansas descendant. Thank you for the perfect time for my sister daughter, niece and Me to get away. we LOVED it

Delightful, Almost exactly what we hoped
This cozy cabin was almost exactly what we hoped. It was comfortable, had the basics of everything we needed, and a beautiful outdoor space. Only two minor things kept it from 5 stars across the board. First, we arrived on the Thursday before Memorial Day and it was quiet and peaceful and pretty much what we dreamed. Memorial Day Weekend saw an almost constant parade of loud motor boats with blaring music. It still didn't prevent us from enjoying the beautiful outdoor space, the great charcoal grill and the scenery (we even saw two bald eagles). But if you are looking for a quiet peaceful retreat, don't pick a holiday weekend. Secondly, the bedroom was a little warm for my wife's comfort. It's possible we could have compensated for this by further turning down the AC in the living room and/or turning up the fans.

Wonderful property. Easy to get to. Beautiful view of the river. The only reason I didn’t give all categories five stars is because of the overuse of air fresheners in attempt to cover up the musty smell. The overpowering smell of the air fresheners immediately triggered my asthma and my husband was forced to gather all of the ones in the living room and put them outside in order for me to stay inside the building. Some people may not mind them but fellow asthma sufferers may need to know what they are walking into.

Great Fishing Vacation Spot
Great little cabin for two fisherman or couples. Clean property with everything you need for a few days on the river. Literally feet from the launch on the river and access to Lake Hamilton. 15 Minutes from the launch on Lake Ouachita. 20 min from town. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin is great, very clean and has everything you need... we want to go again and this time there are a few things I personally would like to have (a light by the stove and sink) we did bring our outdoor cushions and used them inside at the kitchen table and on the rocking chairs.. We are planing a trip soon..
