The kids absolutely loved the kids’ club, which kept them happily occupied while we had some time to relax. Our room was spotless, and the room service was exceptional—quick, efficient, and always perfect. Overall, everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommend for both families and anyone wanting a relaxing break by the lake."

"There was only one dishwashing liquid in the drawer and no washing cloth or tea towel. I went to the office three times to get the products, but they were locked up each time. "
