We came back to the room late at night only to see that beds weren’t made and coffee wasn’t replenished. If we would have known, we would have requested for a room refresh on our way out. "

"We had a very pleasant stay. It was cozy and comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped and the essentials were supplied. It had a beautiful lake front view and very nice yard. We had kayaks and a canoe available to use and there was a family of swans that were beautiful to watch. I would like to note that there are lily pads/weeds that go about thirty feet out from shore, so it’s not very swimmable from shore. This didn’t affect us because we were swimming elsewhere or figured we would swim off a boat, but just something to note. The lake was beautiful and the area was lovely.This is also a great location. It was a quick twenty minutes to downtown to the conference that was the reason we were visiting. It had quick, easy access to everywhere while still feeling like we were out in the quiet country instead of the city. The owner was quick to respond, accommodating, and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!"
"The Ada Hotel is a gem just outside of Grand Rapids. Everything in the hotel is beautifully curated…I had fun looking at all of the historic photos and prints of the original Ada Hotel in the 1800s. We had a delicious meal and cocktails in the lobby bar. The hotel is located in a mixed use development so shopping, services, and multiple restaurants only steps away. Make sure you have breakfast at MudPenny - beyond delicious. I look forward to booking my next stay at the Ada Hotel soon!"
"The parking lot had litter. The pool area was nice and the room was good. The breakfast area was not staffed for over 45 minutes. They were out of spray to operate the waffle machine for 3 days. There was only peanut butter as a spread."
