“We paid for a King Suite. Room 101 had a non-functioning heater in the living space; the temperature was 63. There was no maintenance staff available. We got moved to Room 1017, not as desirable location right off the lobby overlooking the parking lot. Asked for a 2nd luggage rack, was told none was available. There was a kitchen area with a coffeemaker but NO coffee (had to ask for it). This area has a real hazard because there is no light in the corner where the microwave and toaster are……
