Internet went out for a bit. Did not like decorations. The small fridge was not working. No coffee other than instant that was very old. I wish I wouldn't have paid extra for VIP cause not sure what I received other than a higher floor

Your flat grey, dingy roof was our view. Put some plants up there. Its Eugene, go all evo and get a green roofing system. Or at least potted plants?? And opening my blinds to men sitting and sweeping that ugly roof was even more bothersome. The fake wood paneling is absolutely awful. Just say no. The real stuff in the 80s was enough.

Cute property, comfy beds, did not appreciate valet parking who left my car parked in front of the hotel the entire time but still charged me $26. They did not drive my car a single inch.

The staff at the cafe was not great, the food there was also overpriced and not great. The pool is small with no hot tub. The rooms are interesting.. Pretty spendy for the level of service we saw.
