“Host is amazing and responds quickly to any inquiries. This was my third time staying here with the Ackerman's as host. They are the best! Areas of the property have had recent renovations since last year. We keep coming back to the Ridge as it is our home away from home. It is very close to Boulder Lodge, and Stagecoach is right next door! We love it at the Ridge, with the Ackerman's as host!”

“The place is a unique 3 story Craftsman Style house with a beautiful view of the lake. We had a cheerful reception from two fluffy dogs and our host Fredrick who helped us with our luggage to the room. It came with a Kitchen that had all the appliances for a longer stay, including a washer and dryer. They provided a Continental Breakfast with a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads and pastries. Our host Barbra was helpful with sharing her tips on cooking and places to go in the area. ”

“Front desk clerk was nice and accommodating. Great location and price. Only negative was there that there were several small spiders and webs in the cabin. Ended up taking some home in my luggage. ”

“Unit was fine. Very drafty. Salt all over areas that were covered so would end up in unit and all over gear. Biggest issues was hot tubs were not maintained. Called 3 x. Nothing done. Murky nasty water bound to get people sick. I have pictures.”

“Th property is right up the street from Nevada beach and was an easy walk. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store are near-by. They tried to get us to spend time in a presentation. Thats not what I paid for vacation for. The floor in the kitchen was really dirty. I dont think it has ever been mopped. The panel in the bedroom ceiling had water damage. ”
