Great Beach Escape

Such a fun spot just a short walk from the beach. Very clean and well-kept with thoughtful additions like coffee for the first morning. The patio was lovely for soaking up some sun, even in December. The location made it easy to get to the beach early and often and there were plenty of bikes for all shapes/sizes. Owners were very helpful.

First stay in Newport

Loved our short stay in Newport. Location and our accomodations were great. Some ussues with Uber both cost and availability to get around and next time will definitly rent a vehicle.

Amazing Beach House

We’ve stayed at many properties in this area and this house was one of our favorites for our family of 5. Great location, comfortable beds, lots of linens and towels, laundry, A/C, beach supplies, stocked kitchen. Hot water and good shower heads which is a must for a beach vacation. It had everything we would have wanted in a vacation rental. The contact person was very helpful and quick to communicate. 10/10 Highly recommend this rental!

Down by the Sea

This beautiful place had a us feeling home away from home. The location was amazing and the patio was perfect. Definitely would come here again . And the manager super nice and easy to reach.

Newport Gem

Great property - very clean and great amenities! Less than a minute walk to beach and downstairs has a great patio. Property Manager gracious and always available. AC, bikes, beach chairs, multiple washer/dryer, newly remolded, and great neighbors! Parking for multiple cars is awful - but that’s Newport (1 car for bottom unit in garage

Great place and location.

We came for the Darker Waves Fest and had the best time. Liked the parking, location to stores and location to beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beach House

The house was equipped with everything needed for a great beach experience! We had an excellent time. Our teens loved hanging out at the beach and riding their skateboards nearby, Laguna Beach shopping and the Newport Boardwalk were so much fun. Just a great stay all around.

Great Beach location!

This was a great rental unit! I stayed for a short term weekend visit… it is super close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants on the balboa peninsula are easily accessible! Lisa the host was super responsive and easy to work with! My friends and family and I had a great time! The unit was super clean and had lots of recreational use items!

Great spot by the beach

As a first time user of VRBO I had a lot of questions. Lisa Li was a very patient and great communicator. The house is one block from the beach in a great neighborhood. It is very clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beach chairs,coolers, surf and boogie boards, wet suits, bicycles and even books if you forgot yours! Washer and dryer and air conditioning. I will definitely book again!

Great beach spot

Even in a torrential downpour... we had a lovely stay here. We escaped during breaks in the rain for lovey beach walks with incredible sunsets--and as always, the location cannot be beat! Also, props to a fantastic shower with great water pressure!

Lovely property

We would stay here again! The beach toys, wagon, and umbrella were so convenient to use. Pictures of the property were exact and very clean. The only thing missing was a full size ironing board.

Incredible place!

We had the most amazing vacation at this property and would highly recommend it. The place was spotless and super clean, which I feel is rare these days with rental properties. The beach is close by and there are restaurants within walking distance. Lisa the property manager was really friendly and accommodating. It was a 5 star experience overall

AC in Newport is a game changer

We’ve been coming to Newport every summer for years. Last year we got a place with AC and it was a game changer! Now we won’t do Newport without AC 😂 We were ecstatic to get into Lisa’s place as we were putting together our last minute plans to make Newport happen this year! It’s nice inside and has AC, which makes it feel like home after long hot vacation days. We had never stayed further from the pier than 26th street, so this was the furthest we’d ever stayed, but we ended up loving it. We enjoyed the vibe further from the pier, and would definitely stay there again.

This little place right at the beach was perfect. So close to shopping and food. Tons of beach toys etc.. available to use. Wonderful experience would highly recommend and visit again.
