Beautiful sunsets and panoramic views await you. Just steps from Newport Pier, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to Balboa Fun Zone and Lido Island.

We had a wonderful time at this oceanfront home. Ocean and sand right outside your front patio. Newly renovated, clean and kitchen is equipped with everything you need with great appliances too. Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. It was the perfect vacation for our family. Thank you Nicole for everything!

Perfect Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay here! If you like the Newport Beach area you will love this location. Located right on the beach front and walking distance (maybe 2 minutes) from all of the attractions around the pier. Here are a few of the amenities we loved that really made our trip great... Comfortable beds and great linens Beach chairs and umbrella in the garage Plenty of beach towels Plenty of Tide and Cascade Pods Great HVAC system Great Host We also loved having a garage. We initially didn't plan on renting a car but 1 day in we saw the need and rented on Turo. We loved being able to go out and explore the surrounding area (Laguna, Dana Point, Hunting Beach) The only negative would be that it is a downstairs unit and you hear all of the footsteps from the upstairs unit. Luckily it wasn't an issue until the last couple of days of the trip when a new family moved in upstairs. I was thankful that they weren't there the entire week as they were very loud once they got rolling at 6 AM. This same host has the upstairs unit and if we are ever able to come back I would want to stay here again but would probably pay a little extra for the upstairs unit just to not worry about sound of foot steps.

1900 W Oceanfront stay
Convenient location and within walking distance to everything. No need for a car. Property manager was great with responding promptly to our inquiries before we arrived. The only thing that was disturbing was the family upstairs from us, which isn’t anyone’s fault (just the family upstairs). They were unbelievably loud and disrespectful beginning at 6am each day, had at least 2 families, possibly 3, with a lot of toddlers jumping and screaming non-stop. Aside from the family upstairs, everything was great!

Memorial Day Weekend staying at this beach house was great! The location is perfect and the house was clean. We BBQ’d & hung out all weekend. This place has everything you need for a long weekend of fun.

Quick family vacation
I have stayed at several VRBOs. Truthfully, I've always been a little disappointed. However, this time what a change. The place was appointed nicely. The pictures were truly reflective of what reality was at the condominium. The kitchen was well appointed. There were some broken utensils but clearly it didn't stop us from making nice meals. They had plenty of beach towels and plenty of beach toys which made it easy for our granddaughter for her visit. Next time we're in Newport I would recommend this highly.

Lovely home
Amazing location! Very close to shopping and restaurants. Literally on the beach. The home was clean and comfortable. Nicely updated. There is a bathtub in the guest bathroom but no plug so not very useful. And the sliding glass door locking with a board was a bit annoying. Otherwise no complaints.

50th Birthday
Rented this for my wife's 50th birthday. Great condo in a fantastic location. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and great people watching from the patio. Kids loved the beach and riding bikes up and down the boardwalk. We would highly recommend. Would love to come back next year!

Amazing Property on the Beach
Wonderful property, great location on the beach. Pictures don't do it justice. You are also walking distance (along the beach) to great restaurants and cafes. Newport Beach in general has a great vibe. Spent 4 days there with my wife and our 10 and 12 year old kids and will definitely be back!

Everything we needed in a perfect location!
We enjoyed every minute in this lovely home and definitely plan to return! The home is well appointed and there was nothing we felt we needed that hadn’t been supplied. We loved having the fireplace as the temperature definitely cooled off in the evenings. The bed was nice and firm and the bedding was soft and cozy. We had a little trouble working the TV and wished there had been some instructions. Also the vent to the fan above the stove vibrated with the breeze coming off the ocean. We stuffed a hand towel in it from the outside and removed it when we left. It could be easily remedied if the caretaker would install a cover over it! Thank you for allowing us to stay:)

Great location and comfortable. Updated and had all we needed (no iron though). Walk to town is a major bonus. Location is loud - if you have trouble sleeping - bring earplugs. Would 100% rent again.

Great location
One of the coolest places I’ve rented this far! The space overall is on the smaller side, but big enough and suitable for 2 couples. This location was incredible. Very cool people watching from your porch and the easiest possible access to the beach. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas available in the garage! The inside of the property is brand new. Everything was extremely clean. The only pitfall of the weekend was that there were lots of lady bugs all over the doors and curtains to the porch. We just got rid of them each morning (vacuum) and were generally good for the rest of the day. Wasn’t a big deal to us. Would definitely stay again!

Almost everything was great. House is very small. Although the bedrooms were big, not much area in the living/dining room. Very modern and clean. There could have been a few more amenities like tin foil, napkins, kleenex and toilet paper is not something that should skimped on. Over all very nice. It was well supplied with really thick, nice towels and brand new beach chairs and umbrellas.
