"The elevator took a long time to get to the floor we’re in. The tv stopped working towards the end of the trip. The view was beautiful though. We were in the oceanfront part of the hotel."

"We came out to Hawaii for a family vacation . This Resort was nothing compared to what the reviews said and from pictures. I wouldn’t recommend this place . From valet ( $65) staff to concierge service . There all a joke ."
