“It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. “This property is actually located very near to a great part of town...very near. For the price of this loft, I was expecting it to feel and look more like the photo online. This place was not in very good shape. It smelled a little dank, the flooring did not feel very clean, area rug was curled up at the edges and worn. “The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip.”

“Old town is a cute spot and the loft is a great space. However the amenities were lacking. Bed spread had holes ( burn holes?). One of the beds was broken and slanting. Pillows were very uncomfortable and not suitable for a rental of this price. The space also got hotter thru the night. Towels were stacked on a dusty shelf. This space has so much potential but I wouldn’t repeat stay.”
