We even had a small accident in the house (one of the kids broke a small lamp) and the owners were great, giving us the opportunity to just purchase a replacement option, rather then charge us anything additional. The kids loved the house and said every time we return to Miami, they hope we can stay again.”

“Well maintained property with a short walk to the beach. Pool areas were very nice, service at the pool side bar was very good. TV in living room did not work, despite efforts of staff. Valet parking was very quick and helpful. Tall building with many floors means elevator system can get overwhelmed, but staff worked hard to alleviate this.”

If I were to rate the condo based on a five star rating, I would rate it a three. Overall everything in the condo is out of date, but has all the necessities you would need for a family vacation. “David was an excellent host. All the apartment was clean, excellent location with walmart, target and the airport near. The bed and the hole apartment was comfy, wifi excellent, with a tv to watch netflix. Kitchen with all the supplies, coffee maker, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Nice and quiet neighborhood. You can leave the car in the street next to the door and nothing will happen. ”

“We had plenty of room for the family and the pool was nice Great access, it was situated nicely for being able to get around the area Kitchen and grill area could use some TLC along with a few more and newer pots and pans. Road noise was a bit bothersome at times The host was very nice”
