“First the pros: The room was very clean, it was nicely decorated and seemed to be newly remodeled with nice floors, bathroom fixtures etc. The host replied to my texts promptly. The property was fairly close to several restaurants to choose from and was in what seemed to be a nice and safe neighborhood. My main con and reason for the 4 stars, was even tho they made a point of saying the wall between the apt and house was sound proof, it clearly was not. Early in the stay I heard their dogs...

“Property was close to everything we wanted to do. We had no issues. The home is in a working class Neighborhood. It was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the sofa. It is very lumpy and uncomfortable. We spent very little time at the house so it all worked out.”

“Don´t pay for the breakfast. It´s is awful. Clean and comfortable hotel. Not the friendliest employees but it worked.”

“Todo excelente”
