“Room cleaning and very good condition.the staff did a good work”

“We loved our stay here! The house has everything you could ever need. The backyard is so fun. The location was amazing for Universal parks and good for Disney as well. It was clean but I feel like it could have been a little cleaner…empty water bottles around the couch and dusty and a lot of bugs coming in through the bathrooms (not sure if anything could ever be done about it). All in all we would definitely return for the backyard and location!”

“To be honest, everything was perfect. It is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed with on. The design is amazing. It’s a very comfortable quiet neighborhood as well. Everything is very close, including parks ,amusement parks, restaurants. Anything that deals with touring. It was honestly a very nice relaxing environment. I would love to return once I come back to Orlando, Florida. It is my very first time being here and to just enter in this establishment. Very nice. Very comfy and thank……

“Quite good”

“Everything is good, especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.”

“Needed a place to crash before heading to the airport. This spot met all my needs: clean, quiet, and convenient location near shops.”

“The property was clean and the host was helpful. Cons: the location link was inaccurate, needs more hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom, needs rugs in both bathrooms, needs new pots and pans in kitchen (all the them were damaged nonstick pots/pans).”

“Very nice and clean”

“The bed was broken on the first day. The key card didn't open the door the next day. My family stood outside the door for 20 minutes waiting for the attendants to deal with it”
