The property was clean and had a nice Kitchenette the only issue was that there are various things broken or falling apart - TP holder was detaching from the wall, the Dispenser in the shower was coming undone, the closet rack was falling down... random things like that. Didnt detract from the overall bang for your buck.

Let me start off by saying thought I was at the wrong hotel based on all the reviews. I accidentally drove past the hotel and there’s a cabaret like right around the corner. Lots of homeless people and asking for money. I asked the front desk if this place was safe and she assured me yes but to bring all valuables in with me and front doors lock at 8. Arrive in the room and there was a red colored stain on the carpet and the chair covered in stains. (I took pics so I wouldn’t be charged) I called the front desk multiple times with no answer. Went to the front and she just shrugged around it and I said I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for it and she assured me they knew… sorry that’s disgusting. I was at the end of the hall which is right next to the noisey highway and could hear every door closing and the ppl above me sounded as if they were moving furniture all night. I even had a sound machine and tv on which didn’t help at all. Pet friendly hotel which is great but all the grass areas outside were just full of dog poop. I understand that’s a dog owner thing but still disgusting. I highly encourage people to avoid. Especially someone traveling solo.

Hotel was located near a very seedy hotel, with many unsavory people milling about. Use your imagination. One South Asian male desk attendant was superb, while his two South Asian women counterparts were less than friendly. The laundry had a broken washer and no change dispenser. When I asked for change, the aforementioned relegated me to a dollar, despite needing an additional dollar to dry my clothes. The South Asian male desk attendant gave me as much change as I needed.

The desi gentleman who worked the front of the desk was excellent. Everything that I needed to do, he accommodated me, And he did it with a smile. There was some difficulty with the two desi women. For example, there's a washer and dryer room on the site, But no way for you to get change. When I asked one of the ladies for change she relegated me to only a dollar, although I would have needed an additional dollar to dry my clothes. Also, one of the washing machines was broken. I don't understand why you would have two washers and three dryers. You would think that you will want to have an equal amount of both. Secondly, the same woman (The desi woman without the glasses), wouldn't simply extend my stay through their reservation system. I had already been staying at the hotel for 3 days, and I wanted to add an extra day with another credit card. She told me that I had to go back online through Expedia to book a day, despite being able to see who would be leaving, and would be coming each day. In terms of the actual facility/rooms, the carpeting between floors has to be a thicker grade to ensure a quiet stay. Throughout the night there were several times where I heard people walking over the floor which kept me up at night. The room I stayed in for the first 3 days, seemed older than the room that I stayed in for my last day. My original room did not have a TV with all of their channels that my original room did.

Very nice hotel with large rooms and full kitchen with fridge and microwave. Parking lot was VERY well lit. I have absolutely nothing to say negative about the hotel itself. However the area around the hotel made me feel unsafe. Went to gas station across the street and there was group of people filling bags up with stuff and walking out. Also a lot of people on foot and on the street in that area. Kind of surprised that this nice of a hotel was in this area but again nothing negative about the actual hotel.

Our stay was great. Breakfast was decent. They had Dove soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The only thing that really didn’t affect us directly was parking was limited and lots of trash around property.

Upon inspection of my room I found several pieces of long and short hairs in my bed. I called the front desk and requested that my linen be changed. While the staff changed my sheets, they complained and spoke about me in Spanish. As if I could not understand. I did. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. Judging me bc of an error the staff made. There so much stray hairs it made too question if the room was properly cleaned between guests. The breakfast they offered wasn’t half bad. I will also say the area this hotel is in is a bit sketchy. There is a lot of unhoused individuals rooming the near properties and the parking lot. The parking is limited as well. Good luck after 10 PM!

The location to the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds was excellent. The hotel itself is located in a parking lot behind a gas station. There were people whom looked to be high on drugs walking around, sleeping all around the area The lobby seemed clean and was quiet. The room it self was filthy. There were Cheetos stuck in the air conditioning unit, crumbs on the bed, and a large booger stuck to the sheet. There seemed to be illegal activity happening on our floor. Several women kept coming in and out from midnight to 4 am. Screaming profusely and slamming doors. We prepaid for two rooms. We were staying at the hotel so my kids could show their animals at the Oklahoma Youth Expo. We will NEVER stay here again!

The area by the hotel is a little sketchy but the hotel itself is very nice. I was told to remove all items from my car. One issue I had with the hotel was the location next to a VERY busy and Noisy highway. The traffic sounds were extremely loud all night long even with the room fan running at full blast. I had to take the comforter and pillows off the bed and try to sleep on the bathroom floor which was of course uncomfortable. Did not get much sleep to say the least.

It was a good overall stay, I was concerned about too many people hanging around the property. Felt like lot of homeless around and did not feel safe to keep the car in the parking lot.

Great for my pre airport stay. Right off the busy interstate, so be aware of that. I wish the curtains had closed all the way to shut out light instead of just being stylish, but place was clean. Didn’t eat breakfast had an early flight

In short, our room had bed bugs, TV didn't work, noisy highway along with noisy rooms we left shortly after checking in. Not a great experience we would like to remember. Haven't received a refund yet at the time of submitting this review.

I didn't stay there because it was very unsafe. Men drinking and hookers standing outside. In the parking lot, cars with flat tires, broken parts and liquid dripping. The property refunded me, understanding how unsafe it is and I am thankful for that.

Good but....
Everything was good except the shower pressure was none! I know people want to be "Eco Friendly" but when it takes 20 minutes to get the shampoo out of your hair when it would normally take 1 minute....Just how much water was saved? Other than that the place was good...Price was good as well :)

Wonderful stay!!!
Everything I needed was there and more. The room was lovely, clean, neat and comfortable. It even had a small kitchenette which I was not expecting but it was a nice addition. The bathroom was generous in size. This is one of the few hotels that I would actually go out of my way to come back to

The hotel/apartment, whatever it is next to the property is very sketchy. Parking is very limited. Bathroom door did not shut all the way, toilet was loose.

It was a bit creepy in the neighborhood around the hotel. No one bothered us and the hotel itself felt completely safe. There was a prominent gentleman’s club sign visible to myself and my kids as the primary view from our window. It’s clear the hotel staff and management work hard to keep the hotel nice. Our room was literally the cleanest I have encountered and the staff have great customer service. I would stay there again because of the standards they uphold on their property.

This property was pretty clean. However, I could not give it an excellent rating because parking is limited. This hotel is next to some apartments or another hotel that is closed and being renovated. There is parking in the back with no good lighting.
