"The location and cleanliness of the hotel were very good. Being so close to the lake and having a parking lot was convenient. We stayed with our dog. On the first morning, when I took him outside, he urinated on the gravel parking area in front of the hotel. At that moment, a hotel staff member saw this and shouted at me in an extremely rude and loud tone, saying things like ‘He can’t pee there, clean it immediately,’ giving me orders.
