"Stayed as a couple for our 20th wedding anniversary. ALL the staff were kind and very helpful. Fabio who taxied us to and from Bellagio centre with the courtesy Scooby VW to the bar staff and cleaners were superb. The view from our room was a wow factor and spent every night with patio doors open to hear the stream below and view the lake and mountains. The ferry’s and bus services are excellent and very cheap compared to the uk. The terrace at the hotel is a must and can just stay and chill all day and never tire of the scenery. The restaurant has an excellent chef who also does cooking lessons. People not staying at hotel , book for this service and food. They are planning to add a spa, pool and upgrade the smaller rooms next year so definitely would come back "

"Amazing service and the location. Beautiful hotel. Large room. The restaurant menu isn’t big but they do have a nice wine selection. The view of lake Como was unbelievable. "

"Received a wonderful welcome when checking in. The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was basic but very much appreciated. I especially enjoyed the view in the outdoor setting area while eating my breakfast and the communal fridge where you can store drinks and food. The location was ideal but the walk up the hill will test some less mobile people. Great value for money."

"This hotel is the jewel of Bellagio. If you can stay here, you will not be disappointed. The staff is beyond exceptional, always being attentive without hovering. The dining options are delicious, and the ppol and beach area is fantastic. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at."
