The continental breakfast was not good at all. The pool was closed. The drain in my sink made noise as if it were backing up (it wasn't backing up though) at random times of the day and night. The sheets and pillow cases had discoloration. The tub and shower were clean, though. One of my white bath towels had grey stains on it. Air conditioning unit was more than enough for my room.

The breakfast looked good. We only had one towel and one hand towel and one tiny shampoo in our room. Couldn’t find anyone to get us more. The place was a little run down, but the bed was comfortable.

UNSAFE!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. We found out during checkout that our door did not lock; you could walk right in without a key card. There were random holes in the walls, curtains and shower curtains. The curtains and towels were stained. The pool is closed and the sign appears to have been up for a very long time. The "breakfast" is inedible and the equipment is beyond broken down. The elevator inspection on display is from 2020 and under Best Western - definitely not in compliance. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was recently purchased from Best Western and was undergoing renovations. It clearly has been "undergoing renovations" for an extended period of time. They were making some effort because the hotel room, bedding and main areas were kept clean but clean is not the only requirement. Safety is absolutely necessary and they failed epically there.

The absolute best esp for 1 night. 24 hr Attendant- He is EXCELLENT & EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!!! I love the ambiance, CLEANLINESS, no hassle check in and for the price point- it is great! There are small cosmetic issues that are due to the age of building and for the price- worthy of a pass :)

Looking at the outside of the motel it looks like its in perfect shape. The entrance and lobby area are nice too but then getting into the elevator to go to our room it was dirty and smelled foul. our room was clean but the toilet ran and no drain plug for a bath. our headboard on our bed was broken. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room temp was fine. The breakfast was un sanitary! I think they had left sausage links in the pan from the day before and no coffee! Had a waffle and it was good. area was dirty and needed cleaning. outside of the motel there was trash laying around. with just a little work and effort, this could be a real nice motel.

Both locks on my door were broke. Breakfeast wasnt hot, coffee machine broke. Sheets were frayed. Room service neglected to clean 2 out of 5 nights I didnt have the DND up. Work out room covered in dust. AC worked great. Staff was helpful enough. Get what you pay for.

The location is excellent. But the amenities were literally not there. You have a roof over your head and that is all. The hotel does not even have a name that we have to rely on the GPS that we arrived. It took us more than a dozen buzz to call the front end to check in as it was not manned at all. Not a place to stay for a vacation. The whole place needs proper maintenance and proper management.

Property appeared to have changed ownership. There were many clues as to how the property used to be maintained as well as amenities that were avaliable. Staff while friendly, not very helpful. Could not check in 15 min early. Did not want access to room just check in paperwork. Most hotels do that much.

The hotel was an older property but was put together well during the last remodel. However the maintenance was falling behind. Missing a knob on one night stand, a couple of sticky drawers. The bathroom had clean floor, tub/shower and toilet. The towel bars needed to be wiped down though. When using the hot tub in the room, a dozen small ants came out of the water return for the jets as the tub filled. These were the only ants we discovered during the short stay.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke so they moved us. 2nd room was great. Seems like a family owned establishment. Value was excellent. Near the highway and lots of good places to eat.

Absolutely Disgusting – Room 210 Should Not Be Rented to Guests** I rarely leave negative reviews, but travelers deserve to know what they're walking into before booking this hotel. We stayed in Room 210, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom ceiling had obvious water damage, staining, peeling paint, and what appeared to be mold growing around the vent area. The walls showed signs of moisture damage, and the entire room felt neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the poor excuse for a comforter was torn and the sheets had stains. The one towel bath towel was old and had holes. Even basic fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and deteriorating. It was clear that these issues had existed for a long time and had not been addressed. What is most disappointing is that these are not minor cosmetic issues. Water damage, possible mold, torn furniture, and rusted fixtures are signs of serious neglect. No paying guest should be expected to stay in a room in this condition. To the owners and management: shame on you for continuing to rent Room 210 without properly repairing it. Guests trust that hotels provide clean, safe, and well-maintained accommodations. This room falls far below that standard. Travelers, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. There are too many other options to spend your money on a room that looks like it hasn't been properly maintained in years. Rooms1.0Service1.0Location2.0
