This house was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and check-in and out was great! Our host was very attentive and quick to respond/resolve all our needs. I will be renting this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious home. The home is conveniently located near area attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The resort is well kept. Would book again.

Great stay in Solterra

Everything was great. Michael answered our concerns immediately. House is clean, and well maintained. I would ask the owner to replace the dining room chairs. They all wobble, and the padding is gone, you sink in to them. They are very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We are definitely considering coming back next year.

Family Orlando Trip

The house was very spacious - all the adult rooms had their on suite bathrooms making everyone very comfortable. We enjoyed the resort clubhouse and pool. The parks were fairly close, but you definitely run into traffic during peak times. The property manager Michael was very responsive and helpful. There was a high chair and pack and play for my 1 year old. We would stay again!

Family Vacation

This was a perfect spot for a family vacation! We had 14 people staying in the house and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We heated the pool and used it and the hot tub every day! It was also nice to be able to eat outside on the patio at the large table. We enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood and going to the resort on site.Communication was quick and answered any questions. We were even able to check in a few hours early which was wonderful! The location was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do, but like others said it does take some time to get there due to traffics. You just need to plan a little extra travel time. Also pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs & laundry soap/dryer sheets!. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House with zero extra amenities

We loved our stay in this house but I read everything beforehand and had NO clue that we would have to immediately shop for any amenities and toiletries we needed. And after reading their binder it felt like we were staying at a really grumpy grandparents house that was watching and tallying our every move. The binder asks to wash as many towels as possible before leaving but to use A proper amount of soap and there’s no detergent. There is a broom and no dustpan. No ovenmits. There is a very specific requirement for trash disposal and you get ONE extra trash bag. If you need things a certain way then provide the tools to do it. Please know you will have to buy dishwasher soap, detergent, toilet power, soap, shampoo, salt pepper….:everything. We had a wonderful stay but had to spend extra time and money straight away And try to think of every need we would have. And no warning that it was a dry house. One of the king beds we found was flipped over to the hard side. We are now assuming something happened to it and some previous guests were too terrified to say anything because of the binder threatening that it counts every hand towel and every item and you will be charged for every stain. Yet all of the chairs and pillows are stained. If I had to do it again I’d rent in that neighborhood but try to find someone who personally owns it and not a big rental company. I’d rather pay 15 more a night and have some toilet paper and soap, dishcloths, oven kits and soap.

Great house, beautiful, clean and well-stocked

We loved this property. It was clean, beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we found was we ended up doing a LOT of driving quite far through heavy traffic. If you are only going to Disney / Universal, it's a great location...but if you want to go dancing, shopping, or out for nice dinners, you'll end up doing quite a bit of driving. but we loved this house and the property managers were great to deal with. We appreciated easy check in and easy check out!

Everything we needed

Great communication and location. Plenty of space and bedrooms. Asked for the pool to be heated which worked out great. Carpet upstairs could be changed but other than that we have no complaints. We had a range of ages and everyone was happy with our stay.

Disney Trip

We came down to Disney for my son’s 2nd birthday. The house was located in a safe gated community, the guards up front were very friendly and made the entrance process easy. The property was very clean and enough room for all our family. There was a bit of traffic getting to Disney in the morning but overall we got there quick. We hope to be back in the future.

Disney vacation

The house was clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the games and the pool. Michael was great to work with and was available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again. Location was great!

Time with Mom

We needed a place to celebrate mom's 65th birthday. Juat her, he kids, grand kids and great grands to spend some time together with her. I am glad this was the propeery we chose. Everything was just as it was presented on the website. The home was very nice. Plenty of space, and most definitely esthetically appealing. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we wished had been better was the availability of paper goods (paper towels, tissue), garbage bags for the tiding up, and the pods for the dishwasher. We were asked to be sure we started it the dishwasher when we checked out but there was on one pod for it and we almost couldn't find it. Other than that, our stay was great, and we would DEFINITELY use it again if need be.

Not a good start

Upon our arrival at the residence, we immediately noticed a strong unpleasant smell that permeated the entire house, even reaching the upper floor. This odor seemed to be exacerbated by the fact that the air conditioning was set to a 72 degrees despite the sweltering 98-degree summer weather. Furthermore, we encountered discarded food in the trash bin by the front door, which attracted maggots that made their way into the house. Additionally, we discovered deceased cockroaches in the bathroom. The property manager seemed to have overlooked the cleanliness of the home, as evidenced by shrimp residue in the dishwasher. I had to specifically request a thorough cleaning, which ideally should have been proactively offered. I was disappointed by the lack of any gesture of guest recovery or compensation.

Florida Fun

Nice house that could have used a few extras…. Great space and pool for 11 of us but lacking little things like filled up hand soap, more than 1/2 roll of TP in each bathroom, not even salt and pepper in the kitchen, and not enough pool towels for everyone to have one for the week. Location was okay, but there was traffic literally everywhere we went making it take twice as long to get anywhere. Unfortunately we also had the AC go out on the upper level midway through our stay making the upstairs unusable for our large group!! Overall a good time but could have been better.

2024 Florida Vacation

We were extremely impressed with the home. Beds were extremely comfortable, linens were first class. Kitchen was all stainless steel ,with all the cutlery and mugs and dishes our family of 12 needed. note standard coffee maker was great but we also brought our own keurig and airfryer. Paid for heated pool which was well used and appreciated. Minor questions were quicky answered. There were lots of towels incuding beach towels but only one set of linen for each bed and no dish towels or oven mitts. Personally as cook i liked the sharp knives. The house sits on courner lot with large pond to rear so no rear neighbors and rear faces west for some great sunsets and late day sun.

Wonderful house and and Great place to stay

The house is beautiful, very clean. Didn't have any issues.. Needed more parking for the amount of trucks we had but we made it work.

Davenport

House was spotless and clean. All new furniture, appliances, bedding and towels. So perfect inside and pool area. Neighborhood is mostly 1 week rentals so you can have louder neighbors enjoying themselves but with houses so close the music travels easy. Great spot for a family, but not for peace and quiet.
