Beautiful home loved that it was close to Disney World. The Host communicated in a timely manner. The heated pool was a plus. Will definitely recommend this home.

Everything about the posting was accurate and the house was very nice. However, we ran into some security issues during our stay. Everyone staying at the house left in the morning to go Universal Parks. The front door was locked. The garage door shut. When we returned later that night the garage door was open. When I messaged the contact about this they said they didn’t have any maintenance come to the house that and would look into it. I was with a work group on this trip and all of us had very important work belongings that could have easily been stolen. There was also a bed bug found in one of the beds on the morning of our departure. Besides those problems we had a good stay. The house is very spacious and holds a lot of people.

Very nice spacious home. The house was clean and well equipped. Did have a small pest control issue in the kitchen with small ant like bugs. There were some domestic issues with the neighbors over the weekend. We went outside and the ambulance and police were over there twice which was a little scary.

Check in was quick and easy. Customer service wasnt bad.The property looked as advertised as it relates to number of rooms and bathrooms however we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep. Because of the service we received i would definitely rent from them again but not the property that we stayed at.

One of the beds in the room with three double was broken. As soon as one guest sat on it. It went to the floor. I reported it right away! It was never fixed. The jacuzzi never heated up! The tv in the master room didn’t work! The remote was missing the back cover for the batteries. The tv streaming wasn’t functioning well on some of the tv’s! They didn’t come to fix anything, because I never gave them permission to come inside the property. I assumed when I made the call to report the issues that was giving permission. They sent me emails and I was too busy to check the emails. They should’ve called me or just sent the repair person and we would’ve allowed him to come in!

Stayed for UCA Nationals Cheer Competition

The house is really nice and the location was perfect. I think the house is just a few years old. Everything was modern, clean and in working order. Communication with the host was very easy. They always replied right away to answer my question or perform a service. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our cheer team.

A Nice House for Retreat

The reason for our stay is to have the retreat of our Youth Group. A house where we can pray, praise and worship and listen to some talks and reflect on them. This house is so appropriate for the purpose. Also, it seems like God lead us to this property. From the booking process until checkout we did not have any issues. In fact we had constant communication with the property managers and they were prompt in resolving our requests. Even our request to extend our checkout time. We definitely would rent this property again when we will do our retreat. Thank you very much for the beautiful accommodation you provided us. God bless you and more power to your business.

Birthday celebration

Great stay lovely house. I hate one issue, there was many many ants I didn’t know until bringing in my girls birthday cake I spent lots of money on sat it down for 10 min and came back and the whole cake was filled with lots of tiny ANTS. I was so disgusted and upset I threw the whole cake away and contacted management. I did request what I paid for the cake but of course I still have not gotten that back.

Great place just a few issues

We loved our stay at this property. We stayed for 2 weeks and for the most part things were great. The bad: Ice machine in kitchen never worked, took 3 days to get the dryer fixed. What we think were ants in the kitchen and main floor bathrooms was sprayed but still had issues. Gave maintenance permission to enter the house on the day we reported the issues but didn't come in because they were scared of the dogs even though they were kenneled anytime we left. The good: Very quick response times to the issues we reported. Lost power one night and they came out super quick to fix the issue. House was amazing for 14 people, 3 ESA's and 1 Service Dog. Pool was used daily and it was perfect. I would definitely rent this property again. We had so much space it was amazing!

Disappointed

The community and clubhouse were great! The house was very spacious and looked like the pictures. The screened in pool was great, as well. I would’ve liked to leave a great overall review on this property but the truth is, we had several problems from day 1 until the end of the stay. There was a rat in the house that we reported instantly and we were constantly given the runaround so we had to buy our own traps to catch it ourselves & dispose of it. There were ants all over the kitchen countertops and upstairs walls the whole stay. The living room tv never worked and it wasn’t replaced or fixed. The freezer handle was loose and kept coming off every time we opened the freezer door. Maintenance would show up days later after requests were put in and wouldn’t resolve anything when he did arrive. The dryer also took a couple of rounds to fully dry a load.

Great Location and Stay

Our family vacation was awesome with this rental. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We ate together and enjoyed the pool. Even threw an awesome two year old birthday party. There were a few issues as the trip went own but nothing major. We really enjoyed this property and would stay again in the future.
