Great Customer Service
The property is beautiful and speaks for itself. I really appreciated having to big pots and pans for cooking. I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. I give and demand that my team give great customer service. I also look to receive at least good customer service when I visit places. The owner and the property manager both gave great customer service. All of my questions were answered and when a phone call could have sufficed, the property manager came out to make sure all of the TV's in the house worked properly. On the 4th of July, the AC downstairs wasn't cooling properly. With one text message the property manager was there again. There was another huge issue with the HOA that was neither our fault nor the owner's, but the owner, again with one phone call, got it worked out for us and we were able to continue our vacation. Any of the places in the area would have met our needs as far as a place to stay. I am glad we chose this home. It makes you feel better about spending your money in a place when the service is good. We enjoyed our stay and when we go back to the area, we would stay again.Thank you to the owner and the property manager for all you did to make our stay as great as it was.
