“The hostel is 10 minutes walk from the Milan Duomo. The staff is nice, continental breakfast is basic but sufficient. Stayed in a 8 people dormitory on first floor. Loud music is played in the common/dining area and one can hear it on Friday and Saturday nights till 1am.”
“便宜的旅店總是比較有更多來自不同地方的人越多,雖然我已經選擇男女分開,但還是有男生跑到我們的女生宿舍樓層。(Cheap hotels always have more people from different places. Although I have chosen to separate men and women, there are still boys running to our girls dormitory floor.)
廁所很乾淨(The toilet is very clean)
跟別人一起住就會擔心吵到別人,比較不能行動自如(If you live with others, you will worry about disturbing others, and you will be less able to move freely.)

“Easy access from airport and train station. The staff is really nice and helpful. The bus stop near the porta nuova takes you to any place of Bergamo. Actually you feel like staying at a economy hotel rather than a hostel, which is the best part of it.”
“It is clean and quiet with a convenient location to grocery stores and restaurants. Staff is always pleasant, courteous, and professional. Will consider staying again.”
“Nice guys that will answer questions and try to help, but they let the dishes and floors and tables stay uncleaned for hours after messes are created. Lots of smokers in all areas including non-smoking areas. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Common areas are messy often. wifi in common areas was good, but they continuously said the password was CAPITALIZED (first letter) thereby causing much confusion and lots of connection errors until (someone) suggested no CAPITALIZED first letter……
“Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. You can hear the kitchen working from the room but it’s usually quiet by midnight and starts up around 8 in noise. I did not mind this since I was out and about most of the……
"Excellent location, sizeable room with luggage closet. Nice shuttle to city centre and all very professional staff and restaurant that earn its true reputation. "
"The room is very small. Very basic facilities. Breakfast is good. 10 mins walk to the Milan centrale station. Few mins walk to metro. Location is ok. "
"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "
"The condition of the room and hotel is really bad. Looks like they haven't renovate or maintain it for the last 10 years. The carpet felt very dirty, even the floor beneath the carpet was broken, when you walk you felt a sudden depression hole underneath! This is really horrible condition."
"We stayed here for 1 night 1 total of 18 people and we were 16 people who called the desk to help us book a taxi. We ordered 2 cars for 8 people, and the desk told us that we needed 3 cars, but my other 2 friends, they went first, and we had 14 people left, and there were 2 taxis, and we saw that we could take 14 people, and then I and the service desk said can you cancel 1 car for us, and the desk agreed. We got in 2 cars, but the driver of the second car was abusive and threatened us on the way, saying that his colleague drove an empty car, and we offered to give his colleague 20euro as compensation, but the driver did not agree, and the driver threatened us because we were far away from the airport, and we were driven out of the car by the driver halfway and insisted that we sit in their third car, and we were in the car with 2 mothers and 5 children, and we were very scared, and we compromised, and we all cried, and the children were very scared. We were forced to pay 3 cars 160 euro equals 480 euro for the personal fare to the airport, and it had a very bad impact on our 5 children, I will not stay in this hotel in the future"
