“My husband, toddler, senior dog, & I truly enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully kept home. I felt safe the whole time, quiet area, clear instructions. House was very clean, beautiful original hard wood floors make you feel right at home. Had all the essentials to make our stay enjoyable. Has an Alexa device which I appreciated. No issues with parking whatsoever. Host is very responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to stay at this charming property again on my next trip through Baton Rouge. ”

“Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.”

“Decided to book in a rush so was my bad for giving benefit of the doubt with the 2 reviews posted but PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS ONE. Communication was slow, responses delayed. Our instructions upon arrival were that the door was unlocked, key on the coffee table and the internet was down but the tvs had antennas and Rokus were WiFi enabled. (What?!) We arrived late at night after a 9hr drive and so exhausted that we stayed the night despite the strange smell that burned our eyes. We did feel the……

“We enjoyed our stay. Clean and inviting. We were visited by nice neighbors including a couple of birds and a mink. Air Conditioner wasn’t cooling when we arrived, but a service tech came out quickly and fixed the issue. Hosts were quick to help and also followed up the next morning. We recommend staying here. ”
