“This villa, location, and host are all SUBLIME. Simonetta is kind, accommodating, and in constant contact for any of your needs. Their home is beautiful, it is clean, and the amenities are over the top. Upon arriving, there were pastries for us to enjoy. Over the next week, we were given the opportunity to sample local products, even some that they made themselves. We had coffee available to us every morning too. “We greatly enjoyed our time at this house close to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana The view from the house and the pool is absolutely amazing. The house is spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We went for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Isola Santa Lake. Returning back to the house in the afternoon to relax at the pool and enjoying the view felt like special treat. Hope we can return one day.”

“-Magnifique maison , ( chambres et salle de bain spacieuses et tout est très bien équipé ….) emplacement très pratique pour visiter la vallée de la Garfagnana….. tout est rapidement accessible en voiture ….génial pour les amateurs de randonnées.Les propriétaires sont très serviables .les frais de ménages et de linges sont compris dans le prix de la location .( ce qui est rarement le cas en Italie ) -Petite route très étroite et sinueuse pour accéder au logement….l accès à la piscine est payant……

“Wir haben das Haus vor Ort exakt wie auf den Bildern gezeigt angetroffen - es ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und aufwendig ausgebaut. Uns hat insbesondere der wunderschöne Pool und die tolle Außenküche gefallen - die Pizza aus dem Holzofen war sensationell! Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und jederzeit per WhattsApp für Fragen für uns erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.”

“We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family.”

“Wir hatten von Anfang bis Ende einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Poesie Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Der Pool ist herrlich angelegt und auch hier nichts zu beanstanden. Absolut sauber!! Die Gastgeber/in ist sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir hätten uns jederzeit melden können. Da aber alles perfekt war, gab es keinen Grund. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und danken Paola und Familie von Herzen. Liebe Grüße Rainer und Steffi”

“The instructions for arrival were detailed and helpfully so. It didn’t detract from the excitement of the drive though. You need a car big enough to tackle the terrain and small enough to fit the track! The house was spotless and very well equipped. There was a thoughtful welcome basket including wine and pasta. Care was needed with the upstairs rooms as they got quite hot and we struggled to cool them at night but the beds were excellent and there was a fan in each room. There were also bug……

“We had four wonderful days in this beautiful house in Bagni di Lucca. The apartment was spacious and charming and we lacked nothing. The location is great and the view of the river valley magnificent. The host was very helpful (and quick in responding) in all communication throughout. We warmly recommend this place!”

“Es war wunderschön abgelegen, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Pescia. Ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf eine traumhafte Aussicht und einfach soooo viel Natur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos (auf italienisch) und er war sehr freundlich. Der Garten war an einer Seite durch eine Hecke umzäunt, da wäre mir ein richtiger Zaun lieber gewesen. Mein kleiner Hund ist einmal sehr übermütig durch die Hecke durch und dahinter die ca. 2-3 Meter hohe Mauer hinunter……

“We were 24 friends celebrating life! We fell in love with the place and the hosts! Amedeo & Rosanna are the best! “Siamo stati qui in tre famiglie con bambini e siamo stati benissimo. Spazi ampi anche dentro casa, proprietari super gentili e disponibili.in estate con l'uso della piscina deve essere ancora meglio! La casa è isolata, i bambini hanno giocato molto anche all'esterno, senza disturbare nessuno. “Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat wertvolle Infos gegeben. Die Familie nebenan war relativ laut, um 7h morgens läutete der Glockenturm, sollte man eigentlich schon vorher wissen... Es gab zwar einen Geschirrspüler, aber der war außerhalb des Appartements, das sollte man dazu schreiben. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen”

“Villa Landi is situated in a stunning location.A traditional Tuscan house oozing with character and charm,we almost felt as if time had stood still from a bygone age,but we enjoyed all the modern conveniences at the same time.Best of both worlds and perfect for our taste.
