Perfect Nature-Filled Beach Getaway

This was a perfect spot for us to stay. The wonderful access to the beach, the lack of busyness and the accessibility of the house for older people were all great gifts. The area is full of nature and was pleasantly unhurried and quiet.

Doggie Vacation

Great location for a very quiet and isolated week from the pace of city life. The house was perfect for our doggie vacation, and both humans and dogs had a great time. The house was extremely clean and met the needs of our trip. The hosts were super responsive to questions and provided great information. We are looking forward to having another doggie vacation in 2026!

Relaxing Alligator Point Vacation

The rental was perfect, clean, and comfy. It had all the necessary amenities and more. The host was easy to communicate with. The location to the beach was just what we wanted. The views were perfect for our relaxing family grtaway. We even enjoyed the local wildlife including black bears and dolphins.

Enjoyed this beach house!

My husband and I along with our grown children enjoyed this lovely beach house. The hosts were very thoughtful and communicated with us several times during our stay to make sure that our stay was satisfactory. They were helpful in reminding us about the checkout procedures. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and as advertised

For sure it was a home away from home. House has everything you need (and more =)for a pleasant stay. Our pup enjoyed the fenced yard. Host provided some dining suggestions to include Hamanockers (great pulled pork). The Tiki Hut had great burgers and Mahi sandwiches. If you like lighthouses then be sure to visit St George Island and Carabelle. Also, the WW2 museum in Carrabelle was way cool. Too windy for our boat rental but all in all we had a fun trip.

Ready to go back !

Love the location, plenty of State Park and National Wildlife Refuge property to explore. A nature lovers paradise. House was well equipped with almost everything you need. Be sure to visit Hamaknockers Bbq- one of the best in the south!

Quiet beach house

We loved this house. Clean, comfortable and felt like home. We spent most of our time at the beach and exploring the small towns around the area. The nicest people live in this area. We went fishing and for long walks with our dogs. They loved every minute of it. The host was quick to respond and brought extra propane for us to use when we ran out. Overall amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

Great getaway

This location and house was great for our getaway from the vinter in Minnesota. The size of the house and the fenced in yard for the dogs was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for everyday use. The communication with host was great and very helpful. I greatly recommend this place and wouldn't mind coming back in the future.

Excellent way to end the summer

This was our last beach trip of the summer and this was the perfect place for it. The house was clean and set up so well with games and movies to enjoy also. The communication with the owners was incredible - they were nice, responsive and very easy to deal with. We definitely recommend this location.

Second time to stay at Sandy Toes!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, so we definitely like it! 😃 It it just steps away from the beach. Three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and on the second floor there is a nice living area with big couches and games! I loved the upstairs porch at night—the stars are beautiful, and a nice view of the ocean. The downstairs screened-in porch is perfect for those summer afternoon thunderstorms. Great for a family or friends vacation!

Fantastic Getaway for a Family

The owners Paul & Christi were communicating nicely with us all along. Their home was immaculate and a truly peaceful place to enjoy some time with family or friends near the beach. We loved the upper and lower decks! The closest large store was 30min away, but there were plenty of little stores just 15min away. The state park is also just steps away. We definitely will go back for some R&R in the future!

had a nice relaxing vacation here at the beach

the house was great, clean and roomy with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded and my dogs loved the beach. My son loved the upstairs loft room with the tv. Dogs were comfortable on the screened porch and inside the fence area. The house was a little remote - 20 minute drive to anything. But it was also not crowded and beautiful scenery. Paul was a great host. we spent some time driving around the area - 1 hour to st george island; 1.5 hours to mexico beach

Great for nature lovers

We were looking for a quiet place by the beach and this fit the bill perfectly. The fenced back yard was great for the dog. It is so close to the beach as you might as well be on it. The beach was surprisingly free of trash and the crabs were fun to watch. Or you can cross the road to walk into a wooded area. 2 miles to Bald Point State Park. There area seems to be filled with rentals and hopefully they will also attract people who want peace and quite and not party types. The house had everything we could have wanted, save maybe a bread knife although there were many other knives that worked. Cell service can be spotty; sometimes it worked and other times not, it depends on your provider. We would definitely stay here again.

Treat yourself!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The beach and natural surroundings were exactly what we needed to unwind. Our kids called this our “new Florida”! Don’t wait, just book this place! Oh, and be sure to eat at Angelo’s!

Perfect Beach Hideaway

We had a great stay at this property. It was an extremely chilly week weather wise, but we still managed to enjoy our stay. The host had extra blankets, it was clean, spacious and fully appointed kitchen for cooking. Most restaurants were closed during the holidays, but we cooked and had a wonderful time. The host decorated the house with a festive Christmas tree. 🎄 On the warmest day, we strolled the beach and sat atop the deck absorbing the sun. We would stay here again. 😊

Enjoyable stay

The property is very neat - clean and well organized - allowing guests to feel immediately comfortable and welcome. We greatly appreciated being able to book a 2 night stay as many rental require a 4 night minimum. The upper deck and screened in porch are wonderful.

Excellent!!

I got married 10.22.22 and we rented the home the Friday night before for us girls to stay in and to get ready in the day of the wedding. The home was beautiful, it was extremely clean and the view. Omg the view on the roof top!! I can’t wait to see my pictures of us girls getting ready!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
