Will never stay here again
I will never rent from Soleil again. When we first arrived we noticed the condo hadn’t been cleaned properly, 2 out of the 3 toilets were messed up, 3 out of 6 beds linens were dirty(looked like someone had peed the bed), all the couches were filthy, 2 tubs have weird stains, & the wifi password we were given was wrong. We tried calling & texting with no response until the following morning. Soleil sent people to clean, change the linens, gave us the WiFi password & a plumber came & “fixed” the toilet (after two days it was doing the same thing). Additionally the dryer wasn’t drying /working properly(the setting for cold was hot & vice versa) the refrigerator wasn’t cold unless we put it on the highest setting, the shower curtains were filthy, & they removed pillows from beds that wasn’t mentioned in the complaint. They sent someone to look at the dryer, it worked a little bit better. We asked if we could have a late checkout due to all the problems we had & they responded saying we couldn't due to it being rented. When asked what could be offered to us since we’ve had so much trouble they stated, “Our team has worked hard to provide you with an amazing stay even with the issues that occurred, and to our knowledge, we have resolved all of your concerns.” Our stay wasn’t amazing, we shouldn’t have to tell them something is wrong with their condo. They want us to put in our review they went above & beyond. But in our opinion the above & beyond should have been done before hand.
