No functioning refrigerator at a Beach for a week! How about 20-30 min waits for elevators.
Location was fine. Only issue getting in and out was the one lane to check in with the guard. There should be two people working to allow the guests that have been there all week to drive on through with parking pass and a separate person checking in folks who just arrived. No one wants to wait for no reason. Speaking of wait, there are maybe 7 elevators on a property with likely 700 units. Each unit likely has 4 guests or more. Getting on an elevator in less than 5 minutes was winning the lottery. Common areas could use a face lift and were not very clean. All above is just the actual entire Laketown Wharf. Now for the condo unit property. The sad thing is, they just needed to fix one problem to make our stay more pleasant. We notified them DAY 1 that the refrigerator was not working. They said they would send someone out, and that “usually it takes 24 hrs” to cool. We told them it was beeping constantly like something was wrong. The next day, no one showed. We reached out again, and they acted like we should have reached out earlier if no one showed and they “assumed it just started working”. Day 3 no show, day 4, sent message again. Being at a beach and hot baseball park near 10@ degrees and 100% humidity, you just want something cold. A functional fridge is a must. We were there M-Sun and NO ONE CAME TO FIX THE FRIDGE. They asked for a receipt for groceries. Not sure if they were compensating us for spoiled food? Nothing. Pathetic customer service
