Great location!

Everything was very clean and well thought out. The listing could include that you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes and toiletries. The garage is stocked with everything for the beach. The kitchen has everything for a chef including a key rig! The dryer doesn’t work well and smoke alarms need to be checked regularly so the renter isn’t up all night with beeping that can’t be fixed until business hours. Or provide a ladder. Fire pit and game room almost make up for it.

Loved Our Stay!

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect stay! Each bedroom is pretty big and having an attached bathroom to each bedroom is wonderful. The kitchen is big and spacious and stocked with everything you will need. The home has umbrellas for the beach, 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon, 6 bikes, and the golf cart. We had a group of 11 and the home was big enough for us to all spread out and feel like we had our own space. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and close to many different restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minute car ride away and both days we went there was plenty of parking there. You can also access the beach by walking/ biking by using the crosswalk at "The Donut Hole" and then continue on the sidewalk to the beach. We loved our stay! No complaints!

Had a great stay - see notes about golf cart

My family and I enjoyed our stay here for a week. Property was clean and communication was great. Kitchen was well stocked which was great. If using the golf cart only park at the beach access in a parking spot. Golf carts are not allowed to park in the town of Rosemary beach as well as other nearby beach town areas where the shops are. You will get a ticket or be towed. Also note that once the golf cart gets below 60% it’s extremely slow and acceleration is delayed.

Clean, beautiful, good location 10/10

Honestly nothing bad to say about this. I am very particular about how clean places are, couldn't find anything I didn't like about how clean it was. The bathroom was SO clean. Upstairs master bed is also SO comfortable. The house was styled nicely which made it even nicer to be in. They say they just provide a starter amount of toilet paper, 10 girls 3 nights and we didn't even use it all. Also the golf cart and location to beach was so nice and easy. We used the vacayzen code to rent a few extra chairs and umbrella. Cant recommend enough

Spring Break 2023

AMAZING. The house is BEAUTIFUL and accommodated 4 teenage girls and 2 adults perfectly. Everyone had their own bed!! We ran out of propane for both the grill and fire pit on day 2. The management company had someone out there within 30 minutes! It is not on the beach side of 30A which was both a blessing and a challenge. Even the girls were glad they were not in the thick of things. It is a wonderfully quiet location, yet mere minutes from everything. During certain times of day, crossing 30A posed a challenge but it appears they are building a pedestrian bridge right at the end of the street. Once completed, it will solve any/all beach commute issues.

Spring Break 2023

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the property. I was happy to see the chairs in the garage for the beach as we had only rented 2. Everyone had plenty of space. With the map to the beach with the golf cart, it was a little confusing with the hot pink arrows and then the other arrows in black, which covered up the street sign, but we figured it out. We really enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants in the shopping center as well as the grocery store.

Inlet Beach

The property is GORGEOUS. The only real "problem" is getting across HWY 98. You can cross at the 30A / Hwy98 red light ONLY. YOU CANNOT drive the golf cart along Hwy98 at all or you will get a ticket. Golf carts are ONLY allowed on streets with speed limits 30mph or under. ROSEMARY Beach area does not allow golf carts in some areas. Access to the beach on a golf cart is "not that easy". Crossing the VERY busy Hwy 98 is safest by car. The maintenence staff took care of a few minor issues very quickly. We were very happy with them. All communications were excellent. The property is in a nice, quiet, clean neighbrhood. It's close to Publix, nice resturants, and shops. Rosemary Beach is minutes away.... with shopping and restaurants. Public beach Access is only at Inlet Beach....5 -10mins from the property. All in all, it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the gulf.

Beautiful Home

The home was great, well decorated, clean and fully stocked with anything you might need! (Surprise cork screw, lime squeezer, roasting pan, even a crock pot! Not to mention the video game table and even a play station with games) we were very happy with location and design of this home.. communication could have been better. The phone number listed that we could text- even after several texts- NO response for 22 hours. Parking was also bad! We had 4 vehicles and only 2 fit in driveway. We were instructed to park in publix or Walmart over night. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving our vehicles overnight- the book inside said there were “green passes” to park in the neighborhood The extremely delayed response text said that wasn’t a thing, that we had to find off site parking. All in all- beautiful place, great amenities, fair communication, poor parking if you have more than two vehicles there for a stay.
