ABOUT ON THE BEACH:
This two-bedroom gulf front townhouse is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the beach. On The Beach is located in Inlet Beach and is one of the only spots along 30A that offer the easiest beach access with only 2 steps until your toes are in the sand!

As you walk in the front door, you are greeted by the quaint décor of natural colors throughout and hardwood floors. The first floor offers a large kitchen with plenty of counter space. The large open living room offers a cozy sofa as well as flat screen tv and sliding glass doors that overlook the emerald coast waters. The dining area is just off the living room and offers seating for 6 and additional seating for 2 at the bar. You can also enjoy a beautiful day out on the patio which offers a BBQ grill and table with chairs. The first floor also offers a half bathroom and a washer and dryer.

The second floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom offers a large area with a King size bed and flat screen tv. The master bedroom has a balcony for you to enjoy the sound of the waves hitting the sand. Sit and enjoy on the 2 chaise loungers. The master bath offers 2 vanities and a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom is perfect for the kids and grandkids with 2 sets of bunk beds. One offers a full on bottom and twin on top and the other offers twin over twin with a twin trundle. There is a TV to watch DVDs and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

This two-bedroom Gulf Front townhome is nestled in the quaint neighborhood of Inlet Beach where you will experience what the beautiful coast has to offer with breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets. On the Beach is located only 1 mile to Rosemary Beach which offers shopping, dining and more for everyone to enjoy. During the summer months, catch a movie or live band out on the greens.

To enhance your stay, On The Beach comes with 2 complimentary Paradise Properties bikes, perfect for exploring the East side of 30A, Inlet Beach, and Rosemary Beach.

Such a perfect stay!

Absolutely loved it here. Nothing beats walking right out into the beach. Cute, charming place and we were very comfortable. There were some appliance issues during our stay and management was very prompt to resolve the issues. We will definitely stay again!

The view was awesome. The house was great.The kitchen needs some pot holders, coffee cups, spatula and the teflon fry pan needs to be replaced.

We always love Inlet and Rosemary, but this is our favorite location--right on the sand, the sound of the waves waking you up in the morning. Nice kitchen, comfy beds, great TV and couches--nothing but good things to say about this place!

Beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed a week in Paradise! The linens and towels were very clean and everything was in good shape. It is so convenient to be steps from the beach. Our monitor reached for the baby which was a plus for nap time! This is our fifth year coming to Inlet Beach and we love staying in these kind!

Holidays made perfect

A few days at On the Beach made a perfect ending to a great holiday season. Sunsets were fantastic and the location right on the water and so easily accessible only three steps to the sand and 59 steps to the water.👍❤️

Excellent place to take your family!

This was a vacation we will never forget! The location is perfect/ especially with young kids, who are in and out of the water. THE best! Bikes are a must and such an easy, beautiful bike ride into all the perfect spots; coffee, food, shops, you name it! Would highly recommend!

The location is amazing. Best spot right at the beach. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need for two people. If you are more people it could have more cups and teespoons. Overall our stay with beach view was great!

On the beach was a perfect place for our summer beach vacation. The easy access to the water and white sand really made our week memorable. The townhouse was spacious and very comfortable. The patios provided great spaces to watch the schools of fish go by and the dolphins playing. Perfect weather and the emerald water and white sand made a perfect week on the beach. 🏖️❤️👍😃

Really “on the beach”

Location is the most important thing. We go to the beach to be at the beach. You can sit on your patio, drink your coffee and watch the sun rise over the waves. It is the perfect location. Townhouse is roomy and unit is well appointed. We've stay here before and will again

We loved our time at this rental on the beach. Everything was perfect. We would love to come back but I noticed this unit has a 7-day minimum and has doubled in price for a week stay..so unfortunately we won't be able to afford to come back to the perfect place!

Beach living at its best!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay (wash cloths, utensils, etc). There were little issues with the floor boards, the master deck door sticking, etc. But the views, the ability eat meals and to chill on the back patio table while the children played was priceless. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this place

We've stayed in this area for the past few years and love it. The condo is nice and the location is perfect. The beach is right out the back door. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there's a grill. We had a few minor problems with the property but nothing huge. The property managers always take care of issues immediately.

Steps from the sand! The location can’t be beat. Was a great size for our party of 7. The kitchen was ill equipped and the dishwasher was broken our entire stay. They attempted to fix it but it never worked properly. Had to hand wash dishes.

Will be back!

We loved our stay and couldn't have asked for a better appointed condo literally 5 steps from the beach. It was pure heaven and someplace I would, and have recommended. We cooked dinner in every night as there was a seafood market and Publix just down the road, which is super convenient! Our only two negative comments were the couple staying next to us to the left, smoked like chimneys on their back patio and I am very allergic to cigarette smoke so spent a lot of time stuffy and puffy. Not fun. The other was that we wished the back doors had screens so we could leave at least the top open at night since there are no windows that face the beach. Once you close the doors you can't hear the ocean at all and when we go to the beach it's nice to have the waves to fall asleep to. Other than that, absolutelty lovely stay! Thank you.
