Had some trouble to start but ended ok
Our rental was switched with no communication or warning for a rental that was a completely different layout and view in the same complex. After several attempts to contact the managing agent I was told it was due to maintenance. I had trouble getting the code and getting any response. We checked in on Sunday and after I found a similar rental online that was managed by the same company and available for my dates they switched us over on Monday. The rooms themselves were fine, clean, spacious and matched their listings. The communication was absolutely terrible and being switched to not what I paid for without any communication or options was not acceptable. They did finally make it right on our second day but it was a headache being faced with taking what was available even though it’s not what we booked or not having a place to stay at all. There were no issues with the actual property itself just everything else.
