Outdoor shower did not work, stove inside endlessly clicked unless on high and the water had a terrible smell. We later figured out after washing a load of delicate that you should not wash your clothes! Everything white turned orange, I’m assuming that it must be the silver in the water. I have rented numerous times in this area and have never left with $100s of dollars of clothes ruined. It was very clear at check in that this is a rental property that needs attention. I hate that this was our experience and hopefully they fix these issues moving forward.

AMAZING location and house!
We had 3 families stay here for 4 nights over spring break and we can't wait to go back! We have multiple children, ages 7 months - 6 years old, and the location was perfect. The house is located on a quiet side street, so the kids could ride their bikes up and down the street and play out front, which they did most of the time we weren't at the beach. The beach access is a bit of a longer walk with kids, so we would load everyone and everything up in a car, drop off at the access, then the driver would take the car back and use one of the bikes (included in the rental) to get back to the beach and lock the bike on the bike rack. It was super easy and quick! The neighborhood is just outside Rosemary, close enough to walk to but not close enough to be among all the crowds! The neighborhood was quiet and fairly uncrowded, which was fantastic. The house was also precious. The 2 king rooms were a great size, big enough for a pack and play with ample room for bags, etc. The queen room was much tighter and shared the bathroom with the kids bunk room, which wasn't ideal for the couple that stayed in there, but we made it work! The living and kitchen space was a bit tight with 13 people, but we spent most of our time outside, so no complaints on that! Make sure you bring coffee filters, salt and pepper, and cooking basics, as we had an early morning run to grab those at the gas station. The pool was across the street and has a childproof gate, which was a huge plus! We loved it!!

Great value for the area
The location is fantastic - a quiet side street with no road noise from 30a, a couple blocks to a beautiful and uncrowded beach, a short walk to all the restaurants and activities of Rosemary Beach. There is a communal pool just across the street shared by a half-dozen houses. Was always empty when we were there. Very large house with a great top floor for tweens/teens with a separate lounge/game room. This property is very well priced for a home of this size, this close the beach, in this area. A few things to note. The interior is dated; thin bedding and lumpy pillows, worn kitchen appliances and furnishings. The common areas were great for our group of 4 but would be very cramped with a full house. Still 5 stars given that the house is priced accordingly.

Inlet Beach Perfection
We absolutely loved this house when we stayed there in June. It was a great set up for what we had (3 adults, 2 young adults, 2 kids). The kids LOVED the arcade game on the 3rd floor and the adults all loved the balconies. The kitchen and living area has plenty of seating. The location is great for walking to the beach and Rosemary Beach. We loved the Destin Ice house for meals. The golf cart they provide is amazing to have as well, and the bikes! The only issue we had which was very frustrating was the Wi-Fi, which was completely off for the first 5 days of our trip. I called Vacasa 10 times at least, and ended up having to call the actual Wi-Fi provider. They made me schedule an appointment for them to come out, so he had to revolve our day around that (we had some people working while staying there), and it turned out that the issue was that the owners made a late payment and they cut it off and never turned it back on. All it would have taken was a phone call from the owner to settle it. We never received any help from Vacasa or the owner. So though that was frustrating, the house is beautiful and the location is wonderful, and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved it but could improve a few areas
We loved our stay here. It was a very spacious house with lots of sleeping spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach. There are a few areas of improvement though: 1. The listing said beach towels were included. They were not. Listing also did not mention the closet full of beach toys/tent/chairs/etc., so we brought unnecessary things. 2. In the main floor bedroom, there is no drawer storage whatsoever. You cannot unpack your suitcase into drawers. I had to leave all my small stuff in my suitcase in the closet. 3. In the main floor bathroom, it would have been nice to have hooks to hang towels on. Literally no hooks anywhere. There was a towel bar next to the shower, but when you have multiple people showering and beach towels and wet bathing suits, there needs to be more hooks. 4. You will have to bring ALL your spices that you need. There isn’t even basic salt and pepper. They also only left one extra garbage bag for the kitchen and one roll of paper towels. For this size house and this many people, there should be several extra garbage bags. We had a couple of things happen during our stay, to which we contacted property management about. One of the bikes that come with the house was stolen. The damage waiver in your rental agreement covered that thank goodness. We also had an almost empty propane tank for the grill when we got there, but it took a day for them to replace. We would rent this house again based on our experience overall.

Thanksgiving with Family
We had a great week at 25 Wild Dunes Way. Short walk to shopping and dining of Rosemary while enjoying a little quieter atmosphere in Inlet.
